Petsmart location at cascade station. Most products are in stock, and I'm sure it's warehouse issues if not. I get crickets here often and they're usually ready to go, but if I need help I usually can find an associate pretty quickly. This location can get busy on the weekends. They offer grooming. Not many locations around Portland area.

Five stars to the employee who wrote this cute message on my invoice : )

The heater on my fish tank started malfunctioning a day before I was leaving on vacation. Luckily they offer free local delivery so I was able to get a new heater delivered in just a few hours. Five stars for the staff person who took the time to write a cute message on my invoice. There's no way you could have known I was having a tough day, but your message made me feel a bit better. You're a star

PetSmart Cascade Station grooming review I've taken my elderly girl here probably a dozen times. We've seen different groomers, and they're all compassionate and caring. Usually we see Jeremy, who's just a total sweetheart, and my dog thinks so too! They always do a thorough job and I don't mind spending the $ because she's a big baby who won't let me put her in the tub. It's worth the $ to get a pro to do the job. Plus we get the teeth brushed, nails trimmed and they use good products. They actually emailed me the attached picture of my dog. How cool is that?

Dead bala shark. I should have taken more pics.

I went in the other day not expecting it to be that bad.... they weren't busy which made the fact that there was a dead fish in 15/30 tanks. Other fish were eating them, angel fish were dead and stuck to filters. I noticed them right when I looked into tanks... if you're not busy.... then your employees should be taking better care of your live animals and be taking dead fish out. Sad... all the hermit crab food was moldy in their cages too.

    Next door to Best Buy.

Customer Service here can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's really great, sometimes it's awful (and I'm talking less than 1-star awful) I used to stop here once a week for crickets, but now I only come to this location about once per month. A couple of the long time employees know me and are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are at least two employees who are rude, have no concept of customer service (or just plain don't care), and there's one employee in particular (middle aged guy with a long shaggy beard) who obviously hates his job and should not be working directly with customers!

We took our dog to two training classes with Chelsea. It helped us become better dog owners and now our dog can sit and stay, wait, and go on his bed. We are fans :)

We recently welcomed a furry bundle of joy into our home, and have found ourselves overwhelmed by her overly-enthusiastic approach to living life. Our little angel is all teeth and claws, and boundless energy! Wonder Puppy group puppy training classes are amazing. We are halfway through their 9-week course now, and already feel we've received valuable return on investment. Trainers Katie and Matt have shown genuine interest in our puppy's well-being and progress. They have a remarkable ability to connect with both puppies and their owners, anticipating any of the crazy questions we might ask. The classes cover a wide range of essential topics from basic commands like sit, stay, to more advanced topics like loose-leash walking and impulse control. Wonder Puppy ensures a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors, offering personalized guidance and support. I really had no idea puppy socialization is so important. Wonder Puppy enables a safe and controlled environment where puppies can interact and play with one another. I've already seen the value in these socialization experiences as my puppy is beginning to calm down, and to learn appropriate behaviors... most notably, how much is too much? Seriously, those little teeth and claws are really quite sharp! I appreciate the well-maintained and clean facility at Wonder Puppy. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood, though beware of the homeless camp located on the next block. Use common sense when securing your vehicles, and be sure to keep any valuables out of sight or bring them in the building with you. My husband, my puppy and I have all benefited tremendously from our time at Wonder Puppy. It's been a really positive experience, and I'm hoping the lessons we've learned will serve us for many years to come.

My wife and I can't say enough about how Ryan and Mandy have changed our lives for the better…read morebecause of the training they did with our beagle Bumper. We tried multiple other training classes and techniques in the Portland area but none of them were able to help us with Bumper's leash aggression, pulling, and stubbornness. We were at the point where we were hesitant to take him anywhere because of how naughty he was. After doing much research and reading all of the excellent reviews, we decided to try Off Leash K9 Training. Although Ryan and Mandy were located in Eugene, we decided do the two-week course where Bumper stayed with them 24/7. We had doubts about whether or not it would work because of how stubborn our kiddo was, but he came back a different dog! No he is not perfect and he still acts out, but he is soooooo much better than before and we feel comfortable taking him out in public. Ryan and Mandy even extended his training for an additional week at no cost because he wasn't making the progress they had hoped he would. When we finally picked up Bumper after the three weeks, Ryan spent over two-hours with my wife and I to go over Bumper's trainings and commands. He was very patient and did a great job explaining everything. Yes the training is very expensive, more than I ever thought I'd pay for dog training, but the benefits of a well behaved beagle are priceless. Ryan and Mandy also run a dog rescue on site so it was great to know Bumper would not be alone. We will definitely be using Ryan and Mandy again for all of our training needs. Thank you!

The story we got from Owner Trish and Trainer Myriah is that everything was totally fine and normal until my perfectly healthy and strong 3 year old husky was found with no pulse. There's so many things that just do not align and are very suspicious. Do not trust these people with your dogs. If this story does not deter you, and you still believe these people could be your life-changing opportunity to better you and your dog, ASK MORE questions. Do not trust the professionals. Trust yourself. Ask to see where the dogs will be boarded, ask for more detailed updates about eating/drinking/potty breaks etc. , ask for the daily schedule about where they transport the dogs, what they will be trained on that day and how long they will be kept in a crate. Ask, ask, ask whatever your concern is and then make the decision to NOT USE THEM. These people are dangerous trash and should not be working with animals.
