    I've been coming here for a while and have always had a pleasant experience. For this visit I had to get my dog groomed because she was looking cute but shabby lol. They did a wonderful job and my dog looks fantastic. The dog food price is cheaper online on their website and they always match what they have. All in all a great store.

    Great location, excellent customer service, friendly staff! Had my Shepherd groomed no issues and the groomer was very friendly and knew how to handled him. Didn't gave the five stars as not always I have been able to find what I'm looking for.

    I've been taking my dog to PetSmart for a year now and the groomers are so sweet and caring every time we go. Thank you to Jessica for spending 3 hours of her day with my little girl and helping rid her of her undercoat.

While I was trying to explain how I wanted my dog groomed and show reference photos, he was already walking away to start the service. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, it didn't feel like he was actually listening. They spent less than an hour grooming my dog, which already felt rushed, and the result was very disappointing. When they brought her back, the face and head looked nothing like what I had clearly shown and requested. This wasn't an unrealistic request--it's a style that has been successfully done by other grooming companies before. When I said I wasn't happy, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer yelled to his coworker, "She said the face isn't how she wanted it." There was no apology, no attempt to fix it, and no concern at all from the other groomer. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and they didn't arrive until 2:20 PM--without any call, message, or apology for being late. After this experience, I called the company and spoke with Daniela. She said she would speak with the manager and call me back. When she did, I was told the only resolution offered was $20 off a future grooming--which I will not be using given my previous experiences. I explained that I would not be returning and asked if anything could be done about the $100 I had just paid for a service I did not request and was not satisfied with. I was told that was the only option available. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, I was told--and I quote--"the manager doesn't speak with clients." That response alone speaks volumes. A company that delivers poor service, offers minimal resolution, and then refuses to communicate directly with customers shows a complete lack of accountability. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend this company.

I wasn't sure how this mobile grooming worked -- some companies come to you, others have set locations where you can bring your pup- so I asked a simple question for clarification. I reached out specifically asking for a mini groom -- just a bath, nails, and light trimming around the face and private areas. Instead of responding to what I requested, I was sent package pricing for regular and luxury full grooms are $95/$$115 which wasn't what we needed for my puppy's first groom. They were responsive, but the communication was certainly off. Did I not ask the right questions?

We booked a 6-day stay in a VIP…read moreSuite expecting a higher level of care and supervision, but that's not what we experienced. All three of our dogs got sick during their stay. One of our females gets stressed when separated from us, so that part wasn't surprising -- but the other issues were. We received a call that another pug developed a serious eye infection, which ended up costing us about $300 in treatment. Pugs have very prominent, sensitive eyes, so extra care should be taken with them, especially during a very cold week. We were told all three dogs were bathed the day of pickup. However, when we got home, our male pug had a very bad fungal rash on his paws that clearly had been there for several days. It's hard to understand how that was missed during bathing and handling. We also provided labeled, pre-portioned food for each dog with clear instructions. One of our females had stress-related stomach issues, which is typical for her -- but our male pug later developed a bladder infection and started urinating blood, which only happens when he eats food other than his prescribed diet. This suggests feeding instructions were not properly followed or meals were not supervised, even though they were sharing a VIP suite as we requested. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not what we expected from a VIP-level service. Sadly, we will not be returning.

    We reserved an Indoor Suite for our two small dogs for over the Christmas holiday and paid a $100…read moredeposit to confirm the reservation. I received a text confirmation for the reservation of the indoor suite the day before we were to drop them off. When we arrived to drop them off, the person at the desks was going over feeding, pick up date, and then stated that they were at capacity, and because our dogs were small, they had moved their reservation from an indoor suite to a Tiny Town Cabana, which is a 3 foot by 3 foot crate or kennel instead of the 4 x 10 suite and that they would be sharing this space. Two dogs in a 9 square foot space. I stated that that was unacceptable and asked the desk person to if I could speak to the manager. The manager reviewed the reservation and stated there was a glitch in the system and he had seen this on another reservation, but he was correcting it and our fur babies would be boarded in the indoor suite we had reserved. During or trip, we tried and see the dogs on the web cams of the play areas but couldn't, even calling once to check on them and were assured they were in an indoor suite. The morning we were to pick them up, we did see our dogs being taken out of a tiny cabana to go out side and play and then being placed back on to the tiny space afterwards. We drove to pick them up and let them know we were there to pick up our dogs. We were told total for the stay, which is was the fee for an indoor suite. I asked to speak to the manager while they were getting our dogs and viewed on the webcam of the tech gathering their food and taking them out of the tiny cabana. I stated to the manager, the same manager that assured us that they would be in a suite and not a cabana about what I saw and he went back to the cabana to check and see what had happened. He returned with our dogs and stated he did not know how it happened, when or why they were moved into a cabana or how long they had been there and that their stay was free because of the error. That was a nice gesture, but we never would have left our dogs to stay in such a small space had we known, and then to be asked to pay for the indoor suite, that they may have never even been in was wrong. Had I not seen them on the webcam in the tiny cabana, we would have never known, and had paid for services we did not receive. Our pets are like family. Thank you for the free stay, but we will never have our dogs board with any Pet Paradise again. If you should choose to, I would ask to see the dogs actual space, watch to see they are placed and really stay there throughout their visit.

When you enter it's a small store front but there's a desk where the employees can help you. I advised them this was my puppy Poppy's first time getting grooming and they reassured me everything was going to be alright. They walked me to the back grooming area so I could see where she was going to get groomed and explained the whole process which was very comforting. So after a few hours went to pick her up and she looked gorgeous. They did such an amazing job with her cut, she smelled amazing, and her accessories were adorable. They also have very fair pricing for the quality of work that they do. The owner was super nice and gave wonderful customer service. He even gave us different treats and dog food to try for free. They have gained my trust and business for as long as I have a dog.

A confirmation text was sent after making the appointment via phone call. My dog and I were warmly received upon entering the business. My requests for styling were honored and my dog came out looking adorable. The price is fair. I appreciate that there's not a ton of add on grooming options like some other places. I did add teeth brushing, however. A bag of free treats was provided upon my departure. This place is back to being my preferred groomer.

Our Irish Setter has been groomed here multiple times, yet the services have consistently felt lazy and inconsistent. Most recently, the grooming job was extremely poor, as shown in the photos. Despite our dog having an established "file" and us communicating our instructions directly to the groomer, we were later told it was still our responsibility to ensure everything was explained again. After we called to express our concerns, they asked us to send photos as evidence of the grooming. Following an investigation and conversations with both the owner and store manager, they admitted the groom was not up to their standards and apologized, which we did appreciate. What was disappointing, however, was the resolution they offered. Instead of refunding the service, they offered a discount on a future appointment. That felt presumptuous, considering this experience left us with little confidence in trusting them to groom our dog again. They also mentioned that, if we returned, they would make sure a groomer who "specializes in setters" handled him next time. This was frustrating to hear because our dog has been groomed there multiple times already, and that option was never previously mentioned.

The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area
