Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

Smokey can be very temperamental about touching his nails cut. Past experiences from past groomers were not kind or a pleasant experience for both smokey and me.
