It was also nice to see dogs out for walks every time we visited whether for drop off or pick up. They offer a wonderful assortment of ways to 'keep in touch'. In addition to the extras we signed up for we appreciated their private FB page - it was fun seeing our dog in the action pics! We also appreciated the convenience of their texting line for their questions etc. Despite our dog's tendency to be timid / slow to warm up they met him where he was and made it a nice stay. He was not stressed at all after the experience and we easily picked up our normal routine when we got home. We would book again without any hesitation.

I anticipated letting my husband do the actual training and just watch, but he made it look so easy that I volunteered to try walking him. wow, to say I was shocked and pleased is an understatement. I will be putting in some steps over the next couple of weeks to reinforce my training, but I already feel confident with what he has taught us. in 3 sessions our dog no longer jumps on us, has played with Brennans dog with no aggression, and was able to walk nicely for an hour with people and even dogs passing us. He was so willing to help that he decided it would be best to take her to his house so that he could work with her around the clock. He kept Maggie for a week. So my husband started Googling and found Knucklehead K9. He called & left a msg and Tony called us back within minutes! He gave us all the details of his programs and pricing, and we setup an appt. From the first session Tony set the tone and showed Yolo who was in charge. We were astonished at how quickly he got our dog to listen with just patience, clear direction & treats! My husband and I needed the most training lol! Tony really understands dogs and how they think. He rewards with treats and praise for good behavior and corrects with firm direction for negative behavior. He really taught us how to be our dog's leader. I signed up for puppy classes…read more(listed on the website as for 6 months and under) and attended the class with my 12 week old puppy. For some reason, there was an 8 month old dog in attendance to the class as well. When the puppies had "play time" off lead, the 8 month old dog proceeded to pounce on the puppies (not just mine) to the point that the screamed and ran under the bench where I was sitting. He was scared to really come out from under the bench after that. Later in the class, the dog came to sniff my pup, and then proceeded to try to get under the bench to him, with her hair raised and growling, and I had to grab her and throw her back. All the while the trainer and the owner, did nothing. Come to find out, this dog had been "trained" in a previous class at Keystone. Doesn't speak volumes for the training she received. Brought this to the attention of the owner, Erin, and while being apologetic for this; she refused to give me a full refund. Apparently the rules only apply when it comes to getting her money; not the fact that she let an older dog participate in a puppy class making it a bad experience for my dog. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
