They are so good to us here, it feels like we are visiting family. The staff here is absolutely incredible. The people who worked here a year ago are still here, and they're the same passionate, caring people we met on day one. My dog loves coming here, and he has become so much more social with other dogs. It's great to see him play and have so much fun. I can't wait to see all the big things they have planned for 2018.

I use to be a great customer and still don't understand it...but was treated rudely by management one day based on one of the very younger employees comments. My dog use to get her haircut and bath up there but price has doubled since January 2024. My dog use to enjoy the day care and we used it frequently, but now they have some wilder dogs going who bite , ride, ect my dog. I notice on camera that she is usually staying alone , but when she comes home she actually needs a bath from being up there. It is not the place imo it use to be. Maybe having trouble keeping quality employees. I have noticed a pretty large turnover , but I'm now completely done, with boarding, day care, and grooming services.

The groomer was very gentle with my dog who tends to exhibit separation anxiety. And the grooming went beautifully. My doggy is walking around with an extra spring in her step! I had originally planned on taking my dog elsewhere for doggy training classes, but after talking to the ladies at Dog Speak, I knew this was the place for him. So far we have taken the 'Doggy Manners 1' course, and we will absolutely be back for 'Doggy Manners 2'! The small class sizes allowed for less distractions, more personalized lessons, and more attention to anything we were struggling through in order to build that rock-solid foundation. These ladies really know their stuff. We've been doing our homework and practicing a lot at home, but after only a few weeks I've seen a world of a difference. I would absolutely recommend Dog Speak to anyone looking for doggy classes. I do not have a single regret about coming here; money very well spent. We have not tried any of the grooming services yet.

From the moment I first walked in GH Kathy has been a wonderful person and groomer. She's always smiling and pleasant. Her prices are very reasonable. She does a great job and is the only place I take my furbabies for grooming.

He once got snowed in at the Kennel (due to the Erie Turkey Day blizzard) and came back happy but this summer he was suffering from the humidity as were we all. But despite his general grumpiness towards others, he loves everyone at Country Livin ----to our amazement . Their groomet did an amazing job fixing a disastrous scissoring job I had done in desperation to help him cool off (he is an aussie and he was suffering from the heat and humidity--I know everyone says to leave the undercoat but he was suffering and this was the right choice.
