I have a standard poodle he is 4 months old so I got him the puppy bath & trim + the pup plus because I like the nail grinding the grooming was done by rainbeaux she is fantastic and very sweet asked me what it was I wanted and was very attentive & my boy looks amazing I recommend her for grooming because she was so sweet I had got him groomed in Beaumont when this location was closed and they don't even compare with the great costumer service I received today only con is when I went to pick him up nobody came out to help me & the guy at the check out just looked at me and didn't say a thing until I realized I had to pay and went and paid and a very friendly lady brought out my baby. read more

ZERO STARS! Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a petsmart store. five groomers standing in the corner of the groomer room on there phones, and not one would accept my dog in this store due to the fact I don't Cary my dogs vet records everywhere I go. I assure you she is current on all inoculations and her records are available through her chip app. But that still was not acceptable. I guess it was easier to catch cartoon characters on the devices in their hands than to do the job they were getting paid for. I just did the shampooing myself and saved the hundred dollar tip I normally give to the petsmart groomers who tend to my 47 lbs fur baby at home in Texas, I just dont usually have the time due to the 7/12 work schedule. read more

One day they accept surrenders (not asking for them to buy them back) and then the next they've, "never accepted surrenders in the 16 years they've been open." Considering I've surrendered fish twice in the past 6 months, it's very insulting to my intelligence. Dropped off my dog at 2:00. I called at 5:00 and he was still sitting wet in a kennel. I picked him up immediately and was verbally assaulted by the salon manager, Becky, accusing me of taking money from her groomers by not waiting an additional hour. Keep in mind he was wet in a kennel for three hours. She was rude, spoke badly to and in front of the actual real manager of the store and I was shocked at her lack of ability to be professional. My dog has been through horrible vets, and groomers for the past 2 1/2 years. I brought him into PetSmart yesterday to be groomed. I was admittedly apprehensive for him. He, poor thing, was too. But Becky the manager of the grooming department, at Petsmart was Truly FANTASTIC! Michael, my Schnoodle, is very much a mommas baby, and as Elizabeth cradled him to her, and carried him to the back he stared at me as if to say, "momma is it going to be okay?". He did give them a hard time when it came time to grinding his nails, and trimming his eyebrows. But Becky stepped in at the end, and finished the job. I am grateful to Elizabeth for her patience, gentleness, and care. Becky tried to finish him up, unfortunately he wouldn't let her finish him up either. But she and I spoke, from now on he will be going directly to her so that she can gain his trust. The staff over there is in it from the heart. That means more to me than I can accurately express. They are so gentle, patient, loving, caring, and thorough. I would give them more than a 5 star rating if I could read more

Well, I get an appointment to have my sheepdog groomed, drive down to the store (1 hour) and then am told they can't do it. It seems when they make the appointment and call you to confirm it something should have been said. I'm sure they do a job on tiny dogs, but not regular or big dogs. Very disappointed. read more

This PetSmart has the nicest employees you will meet!!! I recently went in and bought stuff for beta fish and the staff helped me so much by telling me what I should and shouldn't do and taught me a lot about the fish there. I highly recommend visiting them!!! read more

Always friendly, once my dog got loose in here accidentally (her collar broke) and workers suddenly came from every where to help me corral her again, it was hilarious. They were super polite about it! They are always super friendly read more

Took my dog in for a bath at 10:30 appointment. Came back at 12:30 thinking 2 hours should be enough for them to have given him a bath. They have not even started. They left him in kennel just sitting when I had appointment. They said it normally takes 6 hours for bath. WHAT 6 hours? Then when we did get him back he was still wet. Then charged me 61 dollars. I do not recommend this PetSmart to anyone. read more

The four or five times I've stopped by, I've found dead or injured animals. I've found two dead hermit crabs still on display on the same day, and three injured green anoles (which were all male and in the same cage, I asked the associate if they knew that they would fight and they said yes), one of which was missing half of its top jaw! I asked the cashier to call someone to remove it and it took fifteen minutes for someone to isolate it. read more

My wife and I recently rescued a 1.5y/o husky, Ollie, that was abandoned because he "got too big". We decided to enroll him in obedience training to help him get used to us and help us understand him better. Petsmart provides a 6-week beginner program that covers 7-8 fundamental commands. We met for 1hr each week with two other dogs and our wonderful trainer, Laurie Theriot. She was patient and extremely informative. She was able to adapt the training to each dog's temperament. It made a HUGE difference with Ollie! We can't wait to enroll him in the Intermediate class next month read more

They are very busy But when I bring my dog there she always looks just the way I want her to. They are always friendly and I watch sometimes when she is getting groomed and they are so good to her. The best part is they have no idea I am watch in. Every time I go in I see a large variety of dogs so I know they know their stuff!
