They told me I could bring my hamster in to give back to them because I didn't want to just let him go in the woods and the girl on the phone told me I could bring him in and then the long haired girl at the front desk was very rude to me and the other girl said I've done enough. do not recommend coming back to this place. Petco is a chain of retail stores that offers pet supplies and services such as grooming and dog training. I've never been there for the grooming or the training, or ever actually brought my pet there with me, but I'm a fan....they always have what I need. Nice selection of items for dogs, fish, and also cats..if that's your thing. The store reward card (called Petco PALS) gives the best discounts, coupons, and rewards...I got a $100 item the other day for $48 with the card. Every 10th bag of dog food is free, and if you have to buy it anyway, you may as well get one free now and again. read more

If you've been to one PETCO, than you've seen them all. Nothing special, except the awesome Fancy Green Cheek Conure bird. It was too cute. It was in a plastic box, but you can tell that it wanted a belly rub.. as weird as that sounds. If you visit this place that same bird may still be there. Customer service is good here compared to other stores visited. It is also pretty clean and always has rescue groups there for adoption as well as Vetco for vaccinations which are low cost. Haven't used the grooming or training. Good store overall and visit a good bit! read more

Been waiting for some fish from these guys for a while, and the employees know that but end up selling the fish to someone else on the day they arrive. What the hell man. So now apparently I need to wait even more for these fish to come in, but they will probably end up selling them again to someone else. Literally no such thing exists like a holding policy, just a fucking first come first serve shit and it annoying as hell. fix that, thanks, some of us were waiting longer than these people buying fish. read more
