We take our dogs here for their regular check up and vaccines, I love that they have an app where you can see upcoming health needs, current health of your pet, upload cute pictures of your pet, etc. We have boarded one of our dogs with FR several times, but now having two we just get house sitters. We were satisfied with our dogs 5 night stay, he got fed, played with the big dogs, and was super worn out when he got home. Every time they go in for a vet visit the staff handles our dogs with care and gives them all the treats to calm their nerves. They've always given us medical advice, etc. We had an instance where our dogs kept vomiting and took him to FR after visiting the ER. They stated he was having bad seasonal allergies gave us two medications and within days he was back to his normal self. Would recommend their boarding, veterinarians to anyone! I am very picky with my babies & FR has always been good to us.

Vet thinks they dropped him or mishandled him. All his assistant could say is that my dog peed a lot and he may have a UTI. BS! The first time I went in there my dog was tied up and his legs were wrapped around the leash. I got upset about it and begged them to make sure not to let that happen again. Safety of the animals is not their best interest.

Not knowing what to expect, I asked Olivia to let me know what she will be doing. Maxie will get a bath, full body haircut, nails trimmed, and hair between the paws trimmed. I walked Maxie to the mobile van and went back inside my house. Two hours later the doorbell rings and a groomed Maxie is waiting to come inside. Maxie looked and smelled great. My Koa was a bit skittish at first (new place and he didn't see brother go back yet) but she made sure that he could keep eyes on brother at all times which definitely helped both of them with today's visit. Dropping them off, I wish I had before pictures, I was definitely lacking on the most recent bath (maybe 2 months ago) and their nails were so long (again my fault). Drop off was between 7-9, and I received a message from Christy saying they were ready around 1. When I arrived, they both smelled absolutely amazing, they are so soft and their nails are perfect!!
