They blocked off the back for him as he is reactive sometimes and a fearful boy with anxieties. And again I couldn't be more thankful!!!! I picked up my dogs on last grooming and groomer said she nicked mole on face and a nick on leg. She pointed to leg and I didn't really see anything but when I got home I was shocked my dog did not have a "nick" but a huge gaping gash. I contacted owner which she immediately sent a statement saying they are not liable for any accidents or injuries. She said I signed for that. I have not signed any paper only receipts when I pay. The right thing to do was to let me know how serious the gash was and not say it was a nick. The reason why I more than likely did not see much of anything was when the owner called today she said they glued it shut and it must have popped open. You heard me.... they glued my pet shut. She was rude and really didn't care about her customer or my pet. My son started to record her on iPad because she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I could barely get a word in unless I talked over her because she was yelling at me. I told her she was not a nice person. Immediately after I hung up she called me again but I rejected and it went to voicemail. Her voicemail: "Just to let you know Miss Cxxxxc that it is against the law to record somebody's conversation without giving them heads up before the conversation starts so if you post this I will get a lawyer and I will sue you for slander plus I did not say anything incorrect I was nice up until you started slamming on me about my business so um that's the end of my conversation until my lawyer speaks to you goodbye..." I guess she thinks "slamming on her about her business " is when I said that was not right what they did. My dog should have had immediate vet attention and they should have done the right thing. You need to make your own choice on where to go. I will NEVER shop there again or have my pets groomed there. The groomer made a mistake. They should have paid vet bill and the owner should not treat a customer like she did. So they lost my business.

We went today for his "pawdicure," and they informed me that because he has a heart murmur, they will no longer groom him. Odd, considering he has had the same condition since his first visit in 2009. To add insult to injury, the supervisor on shift, Callie, was about the least empathetic person they could have chosen to deliver bad news. Keep in mind I did not raise my voice. I used no profanity. I did not discuss it in front of other customers. Regardless, she advised me of the new policy in such a robotic and uncaring way, even after me discussing the impact on his qualty of life. I can not imagine how she must treat the pets that she grooms. I offered to sign a waiver absolving them of any responsibility, but they refused. Needless to say, I will no longer spend my money here and will go to great lengths to dissuade others from doing so.

We arrived and saw that it was actually a business called Muddy Paws, which was next door. I explained what we wanted done and the (very unfriendly) groomer said it would be about 25 minutes. I noticed the pricing on the whiteboard for their services and a trim was reasonable, but a bath and groom for our dog would have been well over $150, which is too high (especially for the quality!). We were notified in 30 minutes that she was ready. Disappointed, to say the least. Her feet were the only thing done correctly and her face looked horrible. Her ears were trimmed too short and a little trimmed under her eyes, and that's all I noticed. If it had cost any more I would have demanded more be done. Do not take your dogs here.
