They stock a very good range of products and the staff are helpful too. The one shop in Warrington where I can take my dog. The staff are often not too sure on the products the are selling. I asked about a Halti for my Staffy and was told that it is not suitable for his breed and was told by another member of staff on the way out that I should get him a Halti to stop him pulling. Some stuff is cheaper in tesco but I can't take my dog in tesco. read more

Seems that only one member of staff knows anything about animals. Bought hamsters etc and all died quickly, very sad really. I worry about buying animals here now. The pet beds/toys etc are very pricey, the good part is that they sell puppy treats for under 12 weeks old which can be hard to get hold of in normal supermarkets. At first I was impressed by this store, friendly helpful staff, However I have difficulty with stairs and the lift was full of stock and unavailable, When I got to the first floor, there was a good selection of tanks and fish, but I was alarmed that many of the tanks had dead fish in them. This is the one stop shop in Warrington for everything to do with Pets. This store has recently undergone a big refurbishment and now all the Aquatics department is on the first floor. We don't have a big pet but my children have a Rabbit and we always go for it's food and treats. They always have 3 for 2 offers on, and everthing is reasonably priced. My children love the fact that you can see the Rabbits, Hamsters, gerbils etc, and spend ages visiting all the animals and then the fish. The store is also brilliant as it is on Riverside Retail Park and there is free parking. read more

I bought my rabbits from here. Difficulty finding the rabbits we wanted (2 female rabbits) this store were particularly helpful: advised when new rabbits were due in etc. Helpful with a variety of pets and items pets need on a daily level. read more

Love this pet shop! It is really good on a rainy day when you can't afford the zoo - lol. I have a toddler who loves to be able to watch the rabbits and the guinea pigs, the mice, chinchillas rats and all the fish. Shame that they got rid of a lot of birds when they had a refit recently because they were also really lovely to watch. However I had been in there once with a few rogue budgies flying loose so perhaps that's for the best. Anyway, I'm sure its not the cheapest but its certainly a really lovely place, well kept, clean and the staff are very friendly. They have promo's on like recently a dog photographer was in taking pictures for a competition. read more
