This is a large supermarket-style store selling food and accessories for pets, ranging from fish to…read morehorses. We have a dog, but don't normally buy her food here, as it's quite expensive, although they do sell large bags of dried food, which probably work out quite cheaply if you have several dogs. We mainly visit to buy toys (again, quite expensive) and I think it's good we can take her into the store - she spends ages choosing her own toys! They also sell a wide range of fish and some small animals, such as gerbils, hamsters and rabbits. The staff tend to be very young and not very knowledgeable, although they are all friendly enough.

Paws n Purrs pet services have been an absolute god send for us. I have many animals including…read morerabbits, cats, baby tortoises and a puppy Spaniel and I can honestly say all of them have been looked after to the highest possible standard. We recently went abroad for two weeks leaving all the animals under paws n pets' care, when we returned it was a lot earlier in the day than previously planned, yet the cats were happy and clean, the rabbit's cage was beautifully clean and our puppy seemed very disappointed to leave when collection time came, even the tortoises were lively and clean. Pet's n purrs will always try to accommodate for all animals individual needs and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have already booked them for my next break away and will be returning on a regular basis in the future as they are easy, thorough and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you want to go away without the worry of how the pets are back at home, I can now go away in the future and not even have to worry how my pets are because they will be having a little holiday of there own with Paws n Pets.

I have been going to My Fur Lady since my dog was a puppy. I cannot praise Dee and her staff…read moreenough. They always welcome you and specifically put your dog at rest before he is even taken through the the grooming palour, they make sure he is happy to leave me before he is taken. Unlike some grooming places that just take lead and go with dog. You can always see into the grooming parlour and see how the dogs are treated as they have a stable door and anybody walking into the shop can see the work in progress, nothing is hidden behind closed doors. You can see from just passing the front of the shop, you don't even have to go in. My dog is the most precious to me and I trust Dee and her staff 100% and I do not say that likely. I do not give my dog over to anybody lightly. Carol & Barney
