I have been going to My Fur Lady since my dog was a puppy. I cannot praise Dee and her staff enough. They always welcome you and specifically put your dog at rest before he is even taken through the the grooming palour, they make sure he is happy to leave me before he is taken. Unlike some grooming places that just take lead and go with dog. You can always see into the grooming parlour and see how the dogs are treated as they have a stable door and anybody walking into the shop can see the work in progress, nothing is hidden behind closed doors. You can see from just passing the front of the shop, you don't even have to go in. My dog is the most precious to me and I trust Dee and her staff 100% and I do not say that likely. Have been bringing my dog here for a couple of years now and have to say she loves the pampering and fuss she gets there. When I moved I made the mistake of taking her somewhere closer to home - well I won't be doing that again! I have no hesitation in recommending 'My Fur Lady' for an excellent groom and all round good service. I have been taking my dogs to My fur Lady for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My dogs can't wait to get in the salon door for their pampering! All the girls are lovely and really make a fuss of my much loved doggies. Every time I visit I'm always asked how my dogs are, in case they have been unwell or have any problems, and we discuss how I want them to be groomed. It's lovely to collect my happy dogs afterwards when they smell and look wonderful. read more
