He heard of them from a friend, so I guess a lot of their business must be from word of mouth because most people who've used their services, state that they are really good. As I've not used them and I'm going of what my boyfriend told me; I'm taking his word for it. He seems to think they are reliable and offer a brilliant services, plus the staff offer great customer service. According to him, the ladies working in the shop helped him come up with a great looking bouquet of flowers and convinced him to go all out :) Which I'm really grateful for ladies!! I specifically recall one member of staff suffering sunbed burns and the other being pregnat which made the conversation very comical !! needless to say i left the shop without my pre dinner nerves and a beautifull bunch of flowers which the host of the dinner party was very impressed with and i beleive has purchased several bouquets from the The Bush florist on my reccomendation. I'm pretty good at describing what I want and then the girls put them together for me. I always find that if I've left something until the last minute they are always willing and able to help me out, no matter how busy they are. They've saved my bacon on more than one occasion. It may not be as cheap as a bunch of flowers from a supermarket but I prefer to pay that little bit extra to get exactly what I want, with that added personal touch!

The lady was very helpful and flowers got delivered well in time. When I arrived at the house of the bereaved and saw the flowers are was very impressed. They were lovely and I felt I got good value for money. From my experience I would definitely reccomend.

They have a lovely selection of beautiful flowers, vases, and small gifts. As you walk in you'll notice a large glass fridge with big fresh flowers kept inside. The service in here is well above and beyond. Jo is the manager and is very friendly, happy to answer any question that you may have. They cater for weddings, exhibitions, dinner dances, events..... and so on. They are also part of the NEC, so have no problem fitting out for large exhibitions. The website is being updated, and gift vouchers are available through E-florist. Opening hours are 9am-6pm mon-fri, and 10-5pm on a Saturday.
