I do not recommend this gas station due to price gouging and unethical reasons for raising price of gas. Personally in my 72 years on this earth have never heard of a gas station raising prices for the weekend. I went ahead and bought my $150 of gas but it will be the last time and sure will tell all I can about this unethical & possible illegal price gouging practice by this station owner.

Below is an…read moreemail to the owner that was undeliverable: " Dear Owner, We were in Friday 12/20/24 because of an overcharge on a carwash program that I have had since July 2023. It is the monthly $45 for 2 vehicles plan. I was overcharged $20 today pending on my bank account for a total of $65. I printed the history of my payments to demonstrate that the withdrawal is $45. The young lady working the counter brought the district manager, Tory, to assist us. She stated she could not change the amount or give us $20 but offered to extend my time by 2 weeks to cover the extra charge. We were agreeable to this arrangement. However, upon returning home I realized that Tory had moved the payment date 2 weeks from today rather than the period forward that would be covered by my regular $45 and 2 extra weeks making that 6 weeks from today to correctly satisfy the overcharge. To make clear, the payment is today & her change will actually cause us to pay $110. I called & the same young lady as before was very helpful by calling Tory, as she had left, to explain that the movement of the due date should actually be in February. She returned to me saying that Tory told her that the date could not be moved forward any more. But of course it can because the 2 weeks she offered to satisfy the overpayment would be after the time period being paid today not during. This is willful & very poor customer service from someone that is supposed to be representing your enterprise and managing your employees. But it gets worse. My bank is telling me that a certain type of request was put on my card, around the time we were at PC Fresh Wash, that can only happen when physically running the card. Tory did not have my card in hand but was looking at my account in her POS/computer. The bank rep is certainly suspicious, as am I. I did leave a VM for you, the owner, to call me immediately regarding this situation or I will file a a report with local authorities. I do hope you can look at the records and correct this mess. But we will not let it stand as is." Update 12/21/24 - the owner NEVER called us. However Tory called Saturday morning saying the due date "had always been in February", which is untrue, both of us know she said January 4th & refused to correct it yesterday. . We are glad that the due date is now corrected to satisfy the overcharge, but Tory also refused to send us an email in writing stating the change. We are very concerned 1) that the overcharge occurred, 2) how this transaction was entered per bank rep, 3) the overall the rudeness of the district manger (Tory), 4) dismissals of potential theft as evidenced by the absence of any action on the owner's (Phillip) part, and 5) general nefarious business practices. I do want to say the regular staff has been polite, helpful and caring. I spoke with Mayko and a young lady during all this who exhibited better concerns for the issue than the OWNER or DISTRICT MGR. Another issue is that these workers are giving out an email that the DOMAIN IS BROKEN. Mayko tried valiantly to get a working email but was unsuccessful because other workers, at the Braselton and Gainesville locations, do not have one. Also, he tested the email they giving out and was received the same results as I. We will be cancelling our account after our payment is satisficed completely.

Staff is available and friendly. It is clean and they keep plenty of towels on hand.read more
