A month ago I alerted him to the fact they had charged me the same amount twice on the same day which were the only 2 transactions that day. Common sense would tell you that it was their error and they should immediately reimburse me for the second charge. He refused and said I would have to challenge it through my bank which I did. This indicates a manager will poor skills and willing to put profit before excellent customer service. Not too bright! My bank investigation revealed the transactions were 12 seconds apart. I have been reimbursed by my bank and they will now be collecting from his error. It's been more than 2 months since I boycotted this business and will never return unless the manager is replaced. It's almost like your putting them out when you go to pay for your items there.
