The receptionist had an attitude and stated that an x-ray would be $70. I called the insurance and they didn't understand what the $70 was for so they told me to ask for a code. The receptionist said with an attitude, "I don't know, I would have to ask manager." The insurance rep asked to speak with her and she said she'll get the manager, again with an attitude. The manager stated that a panoramagram was covered. The receptionist said, "All the years I've been working here, I didn't know that." And apologized non-genuinely. That is something she should know or ask someone if unsure instead of giving out false information with an attitude. I wanted to walk out as soon as we got there, but my room mate had never done that before. Every worker coming around the corner rolling their eyes. I'm all about customer service and there was NOTHING friendly about this place!!!!
