Unfortunately,…read moreI didn't have the required information in front of me so I had to schedule an in-person meeting. Super annoying. However I must say that the In-person visit was pretty straightforward. I opted for the first appointment time at 830am. Doors open at 8:30am, so no need to arrive that much earlier. Security also takes 2 minutes, so no need to allot too much time for that beforehand. Two forms of ID (they didn't ask for my actual social security card) and my said tax return. Pretty easy and I was out the door within 30 minutes. So overall, annoying that I had to go in person, but the actual appointment was pretty easy and efficient.
