This was his first daycare experience, and Shusha took him in and treated him as her own. His language and social skills blossomed right away. He had always been a very picky eater, but he loved Ms Mariam's cooking, and was always trying new and unexpected foods for the first time. Shusha was so loving and even went out of her way to personally help feed him on the days he struggled. We have since moved, and our son is now five years old. We have since attended three other wonderful schools with our two boys, but none of them compare to Shusha's school. For a nervous mom sending her son to school for the first time, it felt as if we were sending him to a warm, loving relative's home to play for the day. We still see the amazing activities she plans on social media, and think fondly of our son's time there. We are so grateful to Shusha and her team to have had the perfect first school experience.

Previously we had a close family friend watching my son for a year, so it was a nerve wracking decision to put him in someone else's care for the first time, but Shusha and her caring staff made it so easy!!! The home is clean, they give them healthy home cooked meals, they have fun activities and events around the holidays and most of all they are attentive and caring. He was so loved there (that to this day Shusha texts me to see how her boy is doing :)) Most of all, my son came home everyday happy! They also have an option for preschool aged children!

From day one, Roza has been loving, patient, and calm--exactly the kind of person you hope to leave your little one with. It's a small, in-home daycare, which gives it such a warm, family-like atmosphere. My son adjusted so easily--he's never sad when I drop him off, and he's always excited to go. In fact, he has grown so much in confidence and independence since starting here. He's talking more, learning new things every week, and even beginning potty training, which I never expected a daycare to help with so early! Roza also makes things so much easier for parents. She's flexible when I need an extra day, her rates are very fair, and she communicates well so I always know how my son's day went. I would recommend Roza's daycare to any parent. It's such a gift to have peace of mind knowing your child is not only safe, but also happy, learning, and truly cared for. Every child deserves a daycare like this one.

Now that we have had a fabulous, nurturing, and successful year at our preschool, I can give a much…read moreneeded, over due review. This was the worst experience for us. My little STILL talks about how mean her teacher, Ms. Lupe, was to her and it's been over a year since she went here. Let me start by saying these "teachers" do not have degrees. They have certificates at the most. They do not know how to handle toddlers who have lots of energy. Or a special needs child. If you have a passive child, you may be a better fit here. Their way of handling difficult toddlers is to sit them in with the director in a chair. They do not communicate, or know how to communicate, or interpret a toddlers emotional needs, which makes a very frustrated toddler. Ms. Lupe was the worst. Her long sharp dragon lady nails alone shouldn't be allowed in working with toddlers. My 3 yr old child came home reciting "Give me my money" in which she learned with Ms. Lupe teaching them and filming them from a Tik Tok trend. She supposedly was given a warning from director Marisol ( who she is besties with). She came home with injuries multiple times, one being a huge black eye from a "monkey bar injury". She hated going to school every day. I really hope this policy changed, But after your initial tour, you will never see the inside of the school again, even for special holiday programs. They will have an Instagram live so you can watch your child perform. They say they have "an open door policy" because by state law, they have to. But you are not welcomed unannounced. If you buzz the ringer at the director's door, someone with come and crack the door open to see what you want. Then shut the door in your face while you wait outside. The few times I did go into Marisol's office, I heard all the screaming babies and little ones in the room next door. The smell of dirty diapers in the air. When you arrive to drop off or pick up, they meet you at the locked gate, you are NOT WELCOME to ever go inside. You will never be invited back for parent conferences, that is all done over the phone. They want as little contact with you as possible, other than to meet you at the pick up gate to complain about your child, in front of your child. They leave lunch boxes out in the heat and direct sun all day, lie and tell you they keep them inside. Some also don't speak English here. Some teachers speak very little English. They also had some State Violations while we were there. One being that they had lied about how many kids they had at the facility. This place is truly a mill. The ONLY kind and compassionate teachers that we encountered were Ms. Dalilah and Ms. Favi. Like I said, our experience was over a year ago, and I hope things have improved and changed. Please research and interview preschools before making that huge decision, these are our babies and most can't talk or are just starting to talk and put sentences together. And most importantly, TRUST your intuition.

The amount of love, patience, and care every single staff member pours into the kids is unmatched. I've watched my son grow into a kind, smart, and confident little boy -- and so much of that is thanks to the amazing teachers at this school. They didn't just teach him; they truly helped me raise him. There were times when I was exhausted and overwhelmed as a parent, but knowing he was in such good hands gave me peace. These ladies became my village when I needed it most. I will forever be grateful for everything they've done for my son and for me. If you're looking for a daycare or early learning center where your child will be truly seen, loved, and supported -- this is it. Tiny Thinkers will always have a special place in our hearts.

Ms. Irma, the owner, and Ms. Ala, her assistant, are incredible caretakers who truly love what they do. My son started with them right when he turned 12 months and they both guided us through a great process of adapting to their care. I wanted a place that was small and where my son could socialize and learn, after spending his first full year at home with us. We looked for daycares for months and all were either too big for our taste with 20+ kids and lots of teachers or the small ones felt too informal. This place is a great size with just up to 7 kids that start from ages 1 year until they are ready for school. They have a classroom where they learn, have activities, nap, and also an outside area where they play. Irma and Ala keep it very clean, no one can come into the space (you are greeted at the outside gate due to health protocols) they are mindful of hygiene and make sure everyone is healthy, which is important when you are dealing with kiddos. Communication is key, and Irma sends constant texts and keeps you informed as the day progresses with the cutest pictures of the kids in their activities that range from painting or playdough, or even cooking (safely, of course). I have seen my son flourish in their care and loved that they have different ages as my baby has learned so much from the older kids as well. Every day he comes home with a new word or skill and is so happy and full of energy (and clean!) Their approach is very loving and caring, my son loves to go and gets excited as we head out every morning saying his little friends' names.
