She didn't even meet the mother's family members. She sided with the father prior to meeting with the mother. The court should never assign her to another case involving a child. She was very inappropriate to other professionals involved with the case. Bottom line, she lied and misled the court.

As a professional who has worked closely with families for many years, it is deeply troubling to…read morewitness the long-term damage that can result when individuals in positions of trust and influence fail to uphold their ethical and professional responsibilities. I have heard from countless families who have experienced similar patterns-bias, neglect of duty, and decisions made without full and fair consideration. Many remain silent, often out of fear or a sense of powerlessness. When someone in this kind of role consistently fails to act with objectivity and integrity, the impact is not just procedural-it is deeply human. Families deserve better, and our community deserves a higher standard--one rooted in transparency and accountability. If I can do anything of value for this community, let it be to speak the truth--so others are aware, better prepared, and not caught off guard by the same patterns I've seen too many families face.

Three years ago I asked Mr. Kubanis if he would represent me in a DUI case. We kept asking the…read morecourt to reduce it to a wet and reckless for which they would not. He said fine we are going to trial. Before me there was only a couple of defendants that were found to be not guilty in all the fifty states. I was extremely defiant with him because we were butting heads and I thought he was to friendly to the courts. Little did I know this man is a fantastic lawyer. At that point I told him that he is the captain of this ship and I the boatsman under his command. The most important thing he said "do not lie". He kept asking me all these questions over and over again in order to get the whole story . I was at the lowest point in my life. At trial he saved his opening statement for a later time and when that time came, boy did it have an impact. He asked questions to the expert witness from the state, questions that had never been asked. He is highly respected by every one I watched him interact with. I would trust my life to this gentleman. At trial he kept asking the courts to use the defense of necessity only to be denied time and time again. The necessity defense has rarely been used because the threshold is a lot. I believe there are 6 things that have to be found true. At the end of the trial the judge granted his request for his defense. The jury deliberated for two days and I was found to be not guilty on both counts. My name is Thomas P. Houston and I highly recommend Albert Kubanis if you ever need a trial lawyer for criminal proceedings.

I decided to hire Al to defend an unusual case; I, a young woman in my 30's, vs an older gentleman in his 60's. The odds were against me, yet Al was able to illustrate the situation in my favor; enough that my charges were greatly diminished. I felt his "old school" approach, combined with his ineffable respect for women, was so compelling, it was clear he was the best attorney for the task at hand. A charming and intelligent man, I am thankful daily for his expertise, experience, and effective talent. Five stars for Al Kubanis!

As most would agree,, being arrested and having to contact a criminal defense lawyer is not…read moresomething you can ever plan for. When our son was arrested in June we were in shock and very afraid of the legal process we would all have to face. I found the contact information for Ronald Dinan and Associates by looking on line for Lawyers in our area who handled the type of case our son was involved in. From the very first phone call Mr. Dinan put me at ease. He described in detail what would happen in the legal process involved and possible scenarios for the outcome of the case. His conversation with our son helped to lessen his fears and anxiety also. After accepting our case, we were set up with a very affordable financial plan and were assigned to an Associate, William Conwell. Mr. Conwell met with us several times and answered numerous phone calls and emails, and was present or, had a representative present, at each court appearance. Our son's case which started out as 2 felonies was eventually reduced to misdemeanors which can mostly be erased from his record if he follows the direction set forth by the court. THANK_YOU to Ronald Dinan and Associates for being there for our family and getting the results that you did. Thank You ~ Thank You

She does exactly same service as the free legal help do, yet she charges huge money with big promise. People were coming from near and far trying to get either their money back or get her promised work to be done. It was so hard to meet with her. I wasted lots of time and money with her. Stay away! At her door while waiting for her to open her door and come out of her hiding, I talked with many people who just plain got screwed by her.
