Only after I found another attorney were we able to appear at the last possible moment and protect my case. I was never given a refund only an apology after my case had nearly been seriously compromised.That was not merely a "bad experience," and it certainly was not the "amazing experience" your response advertises. It was a serious professional failure involving a client's legal rights and future. I have no interest in calling your office for a private conversation years later.
