Ordered a pizza , they made it wrong. Called to get it remade and they said no problem. Two minutes later received a phone call telling me it was made right and they would not replace it. Manager would not even talk to me. Terrible customer service. read more

I'm really disappointed with Peter's Pizza. I ordered delivery to Outer Cove (which is honestly 5 minutes away from Torbay Rd) at 3:36, and at 5:30 I had to cancel my order. The driver spoke to me 6 times on the phone and apparently on his last attempt to contact me, decided to tell the store that I refused to answer so he went back to the store with my presumably frozen pizza. The reason I'm so disappointed is that I've had plenty of successful orders from this store in the past, and now they're telling me "they're not supposed to go to Outer Cove" which they declined to tell me initially. Apparently this is up to the driver, yet somehow also a store policy. Good management. read more

We just ordered pizza and wings from the Peters Pizza in Petty Harbour Location. We are visiting from NS. It was late which we didn't mind as they were busy but the wings were so burnt they were inedible! The pizza was just ok. Waste of our money. Really bad services, I mean really bad. Took down the wrong number to call me back with a total. But that's understandable, I'm not that easy to understand over the phone, I stutter a little I know. But when I called back to check on the order and had to replace it the lady said, "Answer your phone this time," And hung up on me before I could even ask her to re-read the number back to me. When someone called back with the total I told them I did not want the order and wished to make a compliant. She said no and hung up on me, wouldn't even listen to my problem. I had their lasagna. It was ok but nothing to kill or die for. The garlic bread was a slice of bread extra toasted nothing special and the price was nothing special as well. Overpaid for lower quality food. read more
