He took on a contractor job with us that was suppose to be complete in four weeks. Gord Baird basically spent two and a half months doing minor jobs in our space and never even started other major jobs we paid him for. His work ethic was terrible; he worked a '2x2' two hours a day, twice per week; then lies and excuses for the rest of the time. He got paid 90% of the total contract and only completed about 25% of the job. Never gave the remainder of our money back. Stay away from this guy! He may appear to be a nice guy and will tell you that he is a good person, BUT HE IS NOT!

I was looking for a reliable car for my 84-year old Mom. Brendon the used-car manager and Kathir the sales representative let me know that the car had just come in and they hadn't fully evaluated it's condition. I took it for a test drive and noticed a few safety concerns, they immediately sent the vehicle to their mechanics and presented me with a list of repairs to be completed before purchase. When they mean CERTIFIED, they really mean certified!! I picked the car up and it was in perfect condition!

TL:DR SUV was recalled for paint, no technical/internal issues prior, after picking up it starts having issues. Then was told an option to replace the part with a used part onsite from another vehicle of the same model and year BUT was given a quote/estimate to have to PAY for the used part. Was then basically threatened to either pay half for the part or it'll be taken out and the old part be put back in and the issues would persist and be unfixed. This is very shady when no paperwork was provided beforehand of an estimate cost of this part replacement. You can't just assume someone will pay for the part when it was not provided in any paperwork or even an amount was told. Honestly disappointed that there are shady dealerships like this trying to scam innocent citizens.
