We only speak English…read moreand needed a place to help see our oldest baby who is 11 and having some hind leg issues and some allergy type issues as well shortly after we moved. Made an appointment and had one for the very next day. Our first visit with vet and techs who seemed to be caring and loving on our boy, we had xrays of our babies hips and legs. After evaluation on the allergy issue meds were given to assist with ease of itching he was experiencing along with a shampoo and we were also referred to a physiotherapist in house. Therapy appointment made for a week later and Jessica is more than amazing, she makes me and him feel comfortable every visit, splains what she's doing and asks questions about his progress and any questions I have. Had to have surgery for a quick growing 'tumor' and thankfully it was nothing but infected for our 11 yr old baby he' enjoyes his weekly trip for therapy to visit with everyone :) Speak good English and accept VAT form for the month as added bonus.

Just PCS'd to Landstuhl not long ago and our poor little dog developed a very swollen paw that…read morestarted seemingly out of nowhere. This location was the closest we could find and we are extremely happy with our experience. The doctor speaks fluent English and explained to us what the issue was and gave our pup 2 shots as well as medication to take during the week and the total price was shockingly low especially coming from the U.S. One day later and our dog is 100% better with the swelling almost gone and he is back to walking without pain. As anything health related, you hope not to be back in the doctors office, but if anything else happens with our pup we are absolutely coming straight here to get it taken care of.

I have taken my pet here several times, I have been punctual every time. Appointment lengths and…read moretimes vary based on the needs of your pet and therefore, the time your pet gets seen can shift slightly right or slightly left. This place does its best to stay in schedule. This place is very knowledgeable about required and optional vaccines and ultimately leaves decisions up to pet parents. I had taken my pets to get their vaccines and I had one of my two react negatively (none of us could have known how she'd react). But they were able to get her in timely on a follow up, get her seen and counteract any negative effects. My baby is doing just fine now. I can't say enough about a place that does it's best to take care of all their pet patients and pet parents and fit everyone in! Thank you for always being there!
