I have taken my pet here several times, I have been punctual every time. Appointment lengths and…read moretimes vary based on the needs of your pet and therefore, the time your pet gets seen can shift slightly right or slightly left. This place does its best to stay in schedule. This place is very knowledgeable about required and optional vaccines and ultimately leaves decisions up to pet parents. I had taken my pets to get their vaccines and I had one of my two react negatively (none of us could have known how she'd react). But they were able to get her in timely on a follow up, get her seen and counteract any negative effects. My baby is doing just fine now. I can't say enough about a place that does it's best to take care of all their pet patients and pet parents and fit everyone in! Thank you for always being there! Thank you for always calling and telling us? You need to reschedule and thank you for giving my pet, the best care possible.

Lule's Picco-Bello is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!…read more Barbara has watched our two fur babies 8 times in the past 7 months. Each time, we have had the BEST experience working with her on pick-up & drop-off times because Barb is flexible and compassionate. We had 2 family emergencies back-to-back that required short notice for boarding our fur babies. Barb jumped to our rescue and took care of our pups so we could travel back to the states despite giving her virtually no notice. She sent us pictures of the pups playing while we were gone that reassured us they were in good hands! Barb's kind-hearted ways made us feel like she is now part of our family! Each time our fur babies come home they seem so relaxed and happy- like they've just had a resort vacation! They love playing with the other pups there, and I can tell that Barb gives them tons of extra snuggles, too! It's also super convenient to book her grooming services while she watches the pups, so when we go to pick them up they are perfectly pampered and clean! We would HIGHLY recommend Lule's Picco-Bello to anyone whose fur babies are part of their family, and don't be surprised if Barb quickly becomes part of your family, too!

Although you must provide your own cage, food, treats and whatever your pet needs for comfort. I love the system. I would prefer that the food and other stuff is his own stuff. No digestive problems from switching to another brand of food. His treats were approved by me because I provided it which gave me comfort in knowing what my rabbit was getting while I was away. Good prices too! Ok so when I picked him up a week later he was in a much bigger "kennel". A cat kennel versus a cage, I think they did that since there was extra room for him, it was much bigger than his cage for babysitting. He looked comfortable and was happy to see me. They take pride in what they do. The facility is clean. The dogs are separated from the cats. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They accept VAT forms. But since the price for my rabbit was so cheap I didn't need a VAT form. I will come back here any time I go on vacation. Also when I went to pick my rabbit up, the door was locked (probably lunch time or something) but I simply rang the bell even though they have specific times of open/close and one of the staff members came to the door and I was able to get my bunny and go home. I recommend this place to anyone and will return. Thanks for taking care of my rabbit while I was away.

My wife and I found the Futternapf on our search for puppy supplies, trying to match a bag of…read moreGerman dog food our breeder had supplied us. Our first and initial visit was to the Globus outdoor section, which pales in comparison. The Futternapf had a larger inventory in every direction than most of its direct competitors in K-town. For most species of pets, you'll find all the essentials with ample selection and varying prices. In terms of this place relative to the other pet stores around the area, it seems to be the best. Reviewing it independently, this store is only a 3 of 5 tops. Put it side-by-side with the BX and it's no contest, but this store seems to have written the book on operating the most generic pet-supply store in town. The only glaring problem I saw was personal. As a lab owner, I didn't see much quality to withstand my 'lil power chewer at home. Although the range and selection was good, the quality of items seemed to only be at one level. I was looking for some top shelf items with high durability, but it looked like a lot of cheap vinyl and single-stitched woodland creatures. Although they do their best to cater, this might not be the best place for every kind of pet owner. (For those thinking all chew-toys are the same, try owning a pet that can chew through toys meant for Tigers) I would recommend for my American military readers, check Amazon first. I found numerous products for significantly cheaper (example: the Furminator) that shipped to APO in just a few days. I'm also unsure if this location is VAT friendly, so proceed at your own risk for larger purchases.
