I have taken my pet here several times, I have been punctual every time. Appointment lengths and…read moretimes vary based on the needs of your pet and therefore, the time your pet gets seen can shift slightly right or slightly left. This place does its best to stay in schedule. This place is very knowledgeable about required and optional vaccines and ultimately leaves decisions up to pet parents. I had taken my pets to get their vaccines and I had one of my two react negatively (none of us could have known how she'd react). But they were able to get her in timely on a follow up, get her seen and counteract any negative effects. My baby is doing just fine now. I can't say enough about a place that does it's best to take care of all their pet patients and pet parents and fit everyone in! Thank you for always being there! Just PCS'd to Landstuhl not long ago and our poor little dog developed a very swollen paw that…read morestarted seemingly out of nowhere. This location was the closest we could find and we are extremely happy with our experience. The doctor speaks fluent English and explained to us what the issue was and gave our pup 2 shots as well as medication to take during the week and the total price was shockingly low especially coming from the U.S. One day later and our dog is 100% better with the swelling almost gone and he is back to walking without pain. As anything health related, you hope not to be back in the doctors office, but if anything else happens with our pup we are absolutely coming straight here to get it taken care of.
