She never returned 7 messages i left for her in a span of a month. When I last called i stated i wanted a manager to complain against her not being professional and returning any of my calls and the e-mails from her staff as well. That is when she came to the phone very upset saying why am i calling if she already told staff to tell me she is busy. She stated she manages their 5 offices and was backed up that i was not her only client she said she had 150 new mbrs before me and was rude about it and told me if i can't wait to find another office. mind you I already had waited a month it was about her work ethics and being professional. At no moment was she apologetic for her actions. I told office that Elizabeth was burnt out and rude and needed help as she couldn't mange her load alone .
