Adrianna was completely rude rolled her eyes and verbally screamed her frustration in the store over the order, even though it was the team's own incompetence that caused these issues. I made my reservations over the phone prior to staying there. I told them I wanted to stay starting…read moreon a Monday and leaving on Friday. They said that's fine it will be $544.00. I said great let's book it. I stayed there for 3 nights and then on the last day I came back around 5pm and my room card did not work. I walked down stairs and told them my card was not working so they gave me one that did. I get back home and see that my bill is like $786.00 not the $544.00 they told me. Do I called Will there at the hotel and he told me that I was not booked organically and stay until Friday morning. I told him that when I originally booked my stay I said for 4 days Monday to Friday. He also told me that the first night I stayed there total just for that night was $400.00. I am like what do you mean? I said why $400.00 on Monday the total each night should only be $156.00 per night. lol He told me to email him my reservation confirming information and when looking at it I noticed they only booked me until Thursday making it seems to me like the total should be $544.00 when in reality they switched it on me to Only staying until Thursday to make it seem like it was pretty cheap to stay there all week until Friday. But no, I called Will back and he told me that he did not tell me that Monday costed me $400.00 when bit my wife and heard him on the telephone say he did say that the first night was $400.00. I told him you just told me it was $400.00 on Monday night. He denied it. I am like wth. Oh well, I learned as lesson. I would have stayed at the LaQuinta next door but the last time I stayed at one of those places they triple charged my credit card. The breakfast they serve is mediocre at best. The rooms are decent. No water pressure in the shower. They only cleaned my room once during my 4 nights stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport has a few conveniences that I appreciated, but there were…read morealso several disappointments, especially considering the price. Some amenities were nice, while other details felt misleading or didn't provide the value I'd expect in this price range. My stay is from 9/8 to 9/30/26 and I booked through Hotels.com. We will start with the Bad. The hotel advertises free internet, but the free service is limited to 10mbps even though its advertised as 100+mpbs on Hotels.com. If you want the higher advertised speeds, you'll need to pay extra and its charged per day. In comparison, I've had better experiences at Marriott properties where internet access remained high speed and complimentary throughout my stay. (See attached pictures) No Full Kitchen or Full-Size Refrigerator For the price, I was disappointed that the room only included a small mini-fridge. The listing on Hotels.com does not specify the size. There was no full-size refrigerator or kitchenette. Compared to Marriott TownePlace Suites, which typically offers a full kitchen setup, this felt like a downgrade. Unexpected Incidental Fee The booking page referenced a 0.68% daily charge due at check-in, but I was instead charged a flat $50 incidental fee. They did not mention if it was a hold or not. The actual charge did not match what I expected. While the restaurant is convenient, expect hotel-style pricing. Food and drinks cost noticeably more than nearby dining options. If you are military they offer a seperate menu with discounted prices on some of the main items. (See attached pictures) During the first part of my stay, housekeeping consistently left three towels in the room. Around the second week, that dropped to only two towels after cleaning. It's not a huge issue, but it's the kind of inconsistency that becomes noticeable during a longer stay. I was surprised to see the bed frame supported by cut 2x4s. The bed was acceptable, but it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the beds I've experienced at Marriott properties, especially considering the nightly rate. (See attached pictures) The hotel is located directly across from an oil refinery. Depending on the day and wind conditions, there can be a strong industrial odor outside, and at times the smell was unpleasant. It may not bother everyone, but it's something potential guests should be aware of before booking. With that said well move on to the Good. Unlike some Marriott TownePlace Suites locations in El Paso, the shower has a full glass door instead of a partial divider. That means no water splashing all over the bathroom floor, which is a small but appreciated detail. The hotel actually keeps the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers stocked, which isn't always the case at every property. I also have this issue at the Marriots I have stayed at. Having a restaurant inside the hotel is convenient, especially after a long day of travel. The menu had a decent selection, but I found the prices to be on the expensive side, especially considering there are a few steakhouses less then 5 minutes away. (See menu photos.) If you're a Hilton Honors member, there are some worthwhile perks that add value to the stay. The member benefits and discounts can help offset some costs, and the loyalty program is a nice bonus for frequent travelers. While not enough to make up for some of the issues I experienced, it's one area where Hilton does a good job rewarding repeat guests. Bottom Line The Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport gets a few things right: Hilton Honors benefits, stocked toiletries, a well-designed shower, and the convenience of an on-site restaurant. However, the limited free internet, lack of kitchen amenities, unexpected incidental fee, housekeeping inconsistencies, and average bed comfort make it hard for me to feel like the hotel provides strong value for the price. If you're staying for an extended period and want a full kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, truly complimentary internet, and more comfortable beds, I would personally choose Marriott TownePlace Suites instead or the Hampton Inn & Suites accross the freeway. Pros: Hilton Honors benefits, on-site restaurant, shower door, stocked toiletries. Cons: Premium internet costs extra, located by an oil refinery, small refrigerator, no kitchen, expensive restaurant, incidental hold, inconsistent housekeeping, average bed comfort, and questionable value for the price.
