We walked in same day as Groupon purchase and had to wait in line for a bit. There was only two people working and they were both busy attending to a summer camp that came in. When it was finally our turn to use our Groupon to start our kids jump time we were told we can't use our Groupon unless we purchase additional items such as socks for each child. THE ENTIRE SUMMER CAMP DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS. The children from the camp wore their socks they arrived in. They refused our Groupon purchase without the additional purchase of socks and we were told to take it up with Groupon for a refund. I asked that the owner make a courtesy to allow our children to jump since the other children from the summer camp did not have to make an additional purchase of socks. There was no mention of this on their Groupon at purchase and there were no professional signage with this rule or extra charge. Here is a lesson in business for the owners of "The Airosphere" on Ware Rd; There is a trampoline park located right behind your business. They have a trade in sock policy that's clearly posted in their store and on-line. WE GOT OUR GROUPON CREDIT BACK AND WILL NOT RETURN TO AIROSPHERE. After obtaining our refund in Groupon we drove to the trampoline park right behind your business and paid as a walk in AND THEY EXCHANGED OUR CHILDS SOCKS FOR FREE!!!

We had to keep asking for more plates and cups because we paid extra for extra guests. They were still stingy. The pizzas were embarrassing. They were a tortilla with marinara sauce and toppings. We paid $15 per large pizza and I would've been okay with them heating up Digiornos because what we got was not worth it. Recent visit: My son is only 15 months old so we opted for the Toddler Zone but figured he might want a bigger space to run so we decided to do the big zone and he was charged as a full adult. Most kids until 2 are free or discounted but not at this place. For 2 "adults" for an hour, we paid almost $50! I can't recommend this place and I don't plan on coming back. It's sad.

What a good find…read more.. This area was not on my radar at all. We simply wanted to visit a friend in the area that was moving and she recommended staying here over the nearby hotel chains. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to get away for some relaxation without all the heavy tourist activity, etc. It is quiet and has everything you need. There is a pool, beach access and other amenities, plus, there are a few restaurants (with bars) nearby. The rooms are comfy and are supplied with a fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. The hotel offers a great view whether you are on the bay side or not. If you are looking for something to do in the area then Bradenton, Tampa and St. Petersburg are nearby with a plethora of activities and sites to meet everyone's desires. Lastly, there is complimentary parking with your stay in a protected garage area assigned by the building you are staying. The check in/out staff was friendly and informative. Please note: Currently they don't attend to the rooms every day with the pandemic. However, if there is anything you need...just let them know and they will get it to you, handle it, take care of it, etc. A "con" is that one elevator was not working when we were there and the working elevator is slow. Please note, you press the button to "call it", the light may go off and the doors won't open...you need to press the button again to open or else you'll find yourself standing there wondering what is going on. Strange I know, but it is what it is. The broken & slow elevator issue can be frustrating if you are in a hurry, exhausted, etc...so be prepared! Plus, you are supposed to keep your distance from folks with the pandemic, however, some folks ignore that and pile in. With one elevator broken and the other running slow...things like this happen. Oh...and I'm still not sure why there is a "resort fee" when the amenities they have come free with other hotels, but perhaps I missed something spectacular. Personal note: Beds and pillows are ok, but if you are driving in I'd bring my own pillow. It's great the rooms have ceiling fans...woot! The shower curtain is torn and off the hooks, and both bedrooms have vertical blinds with several missing slats and one wouldn't close all the way. Upon our arrival the key wouldn't open the front door and we had to wait on the porch for 20 minutes in the cold for maintenance technician to arrive. Not a way we wanted to start off a wedding weekend. Let's hope they come clean the mold away tomorrow See photos. Worst of all...... NOT ACCESSsaBLE and nobody told us. I loved that we all had our own cottages and in the mornings we would gather at one and have breakfast and coffee together, just catching up. There was so much to do as well. The kids had a blast in the pool and some went fishing on the dock. We played games and chatted for hours. The cottages were well stocked and comfortable. I rented the 2 bedroom and it had 2 ac units to keep the place cooled down. I only had 2 gripes during this stay: 1. The shower head in the restroom. I'm not saying that it needs to be a rainfall shower head but a regular shower head set up in the ceiling isn't working. They need to just move it where a regular shower head goes, on the wall. 2. The bug bites. I mean, I get it, it's right on the water but no amount of bug spray worked. No home remedies worked. You just had to take it. I walked out of there looking like I have chicken pox but I had a great time! Other than that, everything was amazing! Tami and Lynn were great and any questions we had they were both ready to help. I will definitely come back but it won't be in the summer, I have learned my lesson lol.

Basically, a five-star recovery plan. Now let me start with the good news because credit where it's due. The hotel is practically brand new (about seven months old), and it SHOWS. The place is beautiful. Clean, modern, sharp aesthetics like it just came out of a magazine shoot. We had a second-floor room with a nice view of the main street, and I was thinking, Wow they nailed this. And then reality checked in. First stop: Pillow situation. I called down for a couple extra pillows simple request, right? The answer: We don't have pillows. I'm sorry WHAT? A hotel... with no extra pillows? That's like a grocery store saying they're out of water. This might be petty to some people, but for me, pillows are serious business. This was strike one. Strike two: Shower time. After a long day, I jump in ready to relax... and there's no shower gel. None. Zero. Not even a sad little leftover bubble. Thankfully my wife came prepared with her Bath & Body Works stash, so I made it work. Downside? I walked out smelling like I just won Best Fragrance: Spring Blossom Edition. Not exactly the vibe I was going for but hey, at least I was clean. And now... the grand finale. The walls. Or should I say the paper sheets pretending to be walls. At around 3-4 AM, I could hear full conversations in the hallway like the people were sitting at the edge of my bed having coffee with me. I knew their stories, their tone, probably their breakfast plans. I didn't sign up for a live podcast at 4 in the morning. Peace and quiet? Completely checked out. So here's the verdict: Beautiful hotel. Great presentation. Looks like a million bucks. But when it came down to the basics pillows, shower essentials, and sleep it felt like they forgot the assignment. Would I stay again? Maybe but next time I'm bringing my own pillows, my own soap, and possibly noise-canceling headphones just in case the hallway crew decides to host another late-night episode.

No bugs that I saw, walls are a nice green color pale. (Restroom) the restroom was nice spacious shampoo, conditioner, body wash the conditioner on curly hair made my hair soft at first then it made it very dry in the room yet no mini fridge so beware if you have anything you wanted to put in the mini fridge, many charging plugs the shower took a while to get hot, pressure was too low. They spoke English but some things were hard to understand. We got to the room. I noticed that the door has regular house-like locks. There's the kind that's on the door knob. There's also a bolt lock. They don't allow smoking at this motel. It was hard to find a smoking hotel in this area. This motel has a chair outside of every room with an ashtray on the ground. They cater to smokers while also having a $200 smoking fee if you smoke in the room. The price was cheap. It was the cheapest I'd probably pay to stay. It was about $100 for a Saturday night. I think this place is worth every penny. It was nice enough. I felt comfortable sitting outside of the room to smoke. There were a couple other people outside but not many. It was a quiet property other than the sound of cars passing on the main road next to the motel. I would stay here again.

They have a white gazebo we used for our ceremony that is in off center of the garden overlooking the bay. They have a small building with bathrooms, prep kitchen and area for seating. We opted to have everything outside but had the inside building available for those that wanted to escape the heat. It was so fun coming back sharing this special space with our kids and reliving the most magical memories.
