It was a smooth and quiet ride on a clean bus to Hyannis. There is a surcharge due to increased fuel prices and that is expected. Wish I had more support getting to My destination. Got off at an earlier stop as the ticket printed stated that destination and connection. It would have been helpful if the driver announced all stops at the beginning, as the run did go to my final destination but ticket on line very misleading. Really pissed about this. Took a lot longer to get from a to b. Let's see if they respond to My email. No internet on this bus it is advertised but not available. read more

This service used to be great to get from Providence to Logan airport. But since the pandemic, they only run two or three buses, a day, sometimes only two in each direction. Which means it doesn't work well at all for timing, with most flights, especially in the morning. Also, they need to be honest about their schedule. I know traffic can be unpredictable on that route, but they budget something like an hour and 15 minutes. I've been up to 2 1/2 hours and missed flights because of it. Completely unreliable service , unless they go back to the model they had before the pandemic. read more

Arrived several minutes prior to the departure time, but the bus never arrived to sagamore circle for trip to Boston. Called customer service and they said they would get there in ten minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I gave up and had to make different, and more costly arrangements. Don't waste your time with this company and just call a car service. read more

Took this bus line from NYC Port Authority to Hyannis, Cape Cod. Was very impressed with the drivers and the service in general. I usually drive, but this time decided to use public transportation. Really enjoyed having the free time to catch up on things while on the road. Will employ their services again. Port Authority can be a little challenging, but that is not Peter Pan's fault. Make sure to have a digital copy of your ticket and the scan code. Wish I knew the name of the driver who drove us from Providence RI to Hyannis MA. He was quite impressive and professional. Awful. The new policy that riders need to flag down the bus at the airport doesn't work. The bus driver blew past me in the middle lane doing 20 miles an hour before I could even identify the bus- leaving me stranded at Logan Terminal A. Fortunately a Plymouth & Brockton bus came by a few minutes later (unlike PP, P&B does stop at all terminals) so I caught a ride to the Cape. After taking Peter Pan bus up to Logan Airport for 15 years, last Wednesday's ride will be my last. Five minutes into the ride from Woods Hole, mechanical issues began -- starting with an intermittent beep, which grew louder and steady. Bus broke down on Rt. 28 North. The driver said a new driver would dispatched; would need to pick up a new bus in Bourne; and then the driver would need to drive its entire route. Timing unpredictable. To be clear, I always build in time when traveling. However, with no clarity for a replacement bus, several passengers took Uber. Recognize that things happen, but this in part of the response that I received upon asking for a refund of fare: ..."Please be aware that per the terms & conditions of the purchase made: Departure dates and times are subject to change. Carrier is not responsible for delays & connections caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, breakdowns, equipment failure, accidents, and road, traffic or weather conditions." Customer service is the worst. Several issues with this company. 8 am shuttle bus late and showed up at 8:20. Could not reach anyone by phone. After several calls finally reached someone and was told bus on the way I had a reservation for 9:30 and wanted to change to 8 am. According to their app, you could make the change for $10. I tried 4-5 times to make change and the app was not working. I ended up purchasing another full price ticket for $42. When I got on the bus the driver told me they would accept any ticket for that day and I did not need to purchase another ticket. I said that the website indicates the tickets had to be used for the date and time purchased. He said, no we would have accepted. He also advised I call customer service and explain the situation which I did and was told again that the original ticket could have been used. I followed up several emails back and forth with customer service and basically was told there was nothing they could do but give me rewards credit which I would never use. At one point told me that no one told me I could use the original ticket for a different time basically calling me a liar! Customer service is non existent. I will consider a different service in future. read more

Never have I had such a great bus driver: nice to every rider - even for those he should not have been, efficient - put all the luggage almost alone, and effective - rerouted us through the best path given the intense traffic, it even had some nice views! Unfortunately I was not able to get is name. He was relatively short, slim and had grizzly hair. I hope PP rewards him - these kind of people are what make companies thrive. Horrible service. Completely ruined my vacation. Use another mode of transportation. If you have a problem with anything there's always and extra charge and a "Sorry, that's our policy". I went to the ticket agent who said they couldn't help me with a simple, polite request and that I would have to call customer service. I did this only to have the representative hang up on me when I asked, politely for a supervisor. I am appalled that this company is still in business. read more

I was terrified after reading the reviews, but I am happy to report that I had quite an uneventful experience with Peter Pan. We did depart about 15 minutes late, and we hit a bit of traffic as it was Labor Day coming off the cape, but nothing at the fault of Peter Pan. I'd recommend giving yourself 2-3 hours buffer and taking one of the earlier busses to be safe if you are planning to ride all the way to Boston Logan and catch a flight. I never got the WiFi to work, but the charger by my seat did work. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This company really needs to work on scheduling and backup buses. Honestly, the worst bus service I have ever experienced. I was suppose to be on a 2:30pm bus to Boston. A bus arrived at 3:15 but was so full that they ended up only taking Boston Logan passengers who would miss flights. Workers at the station said the next South Station bus would only be another 20 minutes behind. We waited an additional 2+ hours until another bus arrived. The bus, which was not a normal Peterpan bus, was OVER 3 hours late, was almost completely packed already and had to still leave people behind with valid tickets for 2:30pm. Thankfully, I got on. However, I'm now over 4 hours late due to Peterpans poor booking process and bus planning / scheduling. This had nothing to do with traffic as the roads were totally fine all morning Long. AND in addition, this is the second time I've witnessed a person on drugs be allowed on the bus. Another person, who was not related to the individual, bought the ticket and the bus driver allowed the person on. The company SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS. All buying customers should show VALID ID matching the ticket that was purchased. Myself and others on the bus were VERY uncomfortable. read more

Within the first 5 minutes of our trip, the driver made it clear to everyone that he was an asshole. Some of the more memorable lines he screamed were "No talking on the phone! No matter what language it's in!" The Asian customer just stared dumbfounded. I responded with a simple "wow" which then he responded "wow what? You got something to say? I don't need comments from the peanut gallery" Again, this was within the first 5 minutes of boarding the bus. The Peter Pan bus from Cape Cod to Boston is the worse bus I have ever been on. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the bus had a terrible odor. The driver kept stopping short which made me car sick and I never get car sick. My advice is to avoid this bus line. read more

I accompanied friends on a weekend trip, and agreed to purchase a round trip ticket. My friends included a man at 6'5" and myself at 6'. The seats were incredibly small and even normal-sized people would be forced to squeeze into a row. My friend developed painful rug burns on both knees. The driver was inaudible on the speaker and rude to passengers. UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE, or are a tiny person, or are limited by budget, DO NOT BUY A TICKET!!! This bus line is a sick joke. If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled bus at 5:25, arrived at 6:30. Tried calling the Hyannis and Falmouth station but no answer, tried to talk to another bus drive from the Peter Pan line and he answered us as if he was a robot "the bus will be here shortly after the scheduled time", then went to explain its 30 minutes late and he stepped back into the bus and closed his doors. Then came out 10 minutes later to say "the bus broke down, it'll be here soon". Another 30 mins pass by and the bus finally arrives, bus driver hops out and just shuffles us on the bus with out some sort of sorry. Get onto the bus and it's jam packed SMELLS LIKE SHIT and has no power. On top of the foul sent of past passengers fecal matter, I am sitting behind a man who's seat is all the way back and I feel like I can't breathe due to the lack of space. I feel ripped off especially considering it's made me miss my next train. The busses are disgustingly old and seats are so small and rigid that you can't sit comfortably with someone next to you. No way other to describe this rather than a SHIT SHOW. read more

I bought a ticket for an 11 ambus on Friday from Logan to Hyannis the bus never came at 11:30 ish a Woods Hole bus came and offered to drive us over to South Station where our bus was when I got there I asked the booth person why the bus never didn't come. She went and spoke with him bus lights off all dark (sleeping?) had to knock on door. he said he did. at 11:15 I did see a Peter Pan bus go by in the exit lane but not in the terminal picking up people. I don't know if that was him. Also 2 other people same story different terminal. Went to get on the bus and he opened up the storage bin and we put bags down. He just stood there. I asked if I was supposed to put my own bag in which I know I'm not and he said yes so we both did our own. He never introduced himself or spoke about eta, stops. Did take a quick personal call and got us to the cape in record time. I filed a report. Called twice no email or call response but was told on the phone that I reached my destination safely so they wouldn't do anything for me. He was being investigated and disciplined. I have been using Plymouth Brockton for over 10 years without a problem. Tried Peter Pan twice as their schedule better suits the flights I take several times a year and has less stops and 2nd time this. I figure he sped through the airport not picking anyone up so he could get over there and have a nap. Every bus is running lights on driver usually out and this one is off, dark, driver in. They asked me not to rate them on one incident. I am. Never use them again. How about a refund or credit to give you another try. Back to PB. Dependability and great customer service.
