However, she had only worn them inside their store for 20 minutes while trying them on. So apparently you can't try on any shoes there because the store is dirty enough to make them used and void any possible return. Don't buy anything here. The sales team isn't train well enough to help you find shoes that will fit, everything is overpriced and the return policy is horrendous. Safe yourself the time, money, and frustration by never stepping foot in this store. I know I will.

We headed straight to the sale section and were quite impressed by the selection. Each item was tagged with the percentage off. This was really nice as it avoids any confusion at the register. There were only a couple customers at check out but a lovely young lady quickly came over to help us. She was so sweet to engage in conversation and show genuine interest in what we were talking about. While finalizing our purchase, a young man came over to wrap our items neatly in branded tissue paper and place them in a shopping bag. Lovely experience at this Aritzia location! When I visited the store on a Saturday, I was told there was a "clientele" sale happening. I selected a few items and went to check out, only to be charged full price. When I asked about the sale, the associate at the register said she "didn't know" about it--despite it being a storewide promotion. She eventually adjusted the price, but I found it odd and unprofessional that she wasn't aware of an active sale. I couldn't try the items on that day, so I brought them home. They didn't work out, so I returned to the store the next morning. When I went to return them, I was told it would be store credit only. That was never communicated to me during checkout. Had I known, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase--especially after spending over $200. The associate who handled my return was kind enough to refund to the original method, which I appreciated. However, when she told me the refund amount, it was less than expected. I questioned it and was told, with a snarky attitude, that she was "sure"--only to realize later she overlooked that I had two items. Both visits left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's this kind of disorganized and dismissive experience that makes me want to avoid stores like this altogether.

I use to shop at another store and I would buy $50 or more worth of clothes and then I'll only get them to wear them once because the quality was so poor, the clothes would rip in the washer and dryer. But with Delia's, I can wash them as many times and still wear them over and over again. Plus, the sales girl there are nice and friendly!

Finally we were leaving as the store was closing and one salesgirl was trying to rush us out of the store. We found her to be brusque and clearly disappointment that we were taking up her time. She proceeded to overcharge us $25 for our clothes (the clothes should have been $50 total and she charged us $75- bug difference!). When I told her that we were overcharged she looked annoyed and changed the prices but with no apology of any kind. Delias has cute clothes, but they are very overpriced for both the quality of the clothes and for the poor service.

First things first though, when I enter, I immediately scope the clearance section at the back of the store first. If I do not find anything of interest there, then I hit the main aisles. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

I'm OBSESSED with my final decision for the Coussin PM with silver hardware. I purchased it over the weekend and had it shipped to the store and scheduled a pick up appointment for a few days later/during the week when I had more time. I spent the next few days in anticipation for my appointment, and Dave kept me updated via text message. He really made this experience feel so special for me, I'm so grateful. During my appointment, Dave spent even more time with my husband and I, as we heard all about the LV brand, the specific purse I chose and the designer behind it, how to care for it, about the free conditioning to the bag if needed, the special straps that are not sold separately but I can purchase if something happens to mine. There is so much to know and learn and we had a fantastic time! He mentioned another client just brought this bag in that they have had for years and still looks absolutely perfect. It's true there were other places you could find Lucky jeans, but having the store is so much better for a few reasons. Firstly, the selection here is much bigger, and if you're short like me, this matters a lot. They have the whole range of sizes in short length. It really bugs me when I have to buy jeans and then pay for them to shorten them and move the hem up. It's possible to have them look like the jeans you bought, but it's an expensive way of doing things. So I would rather go here and buy jeans in the right length, even though I might pay a little more, it's worth it to buy them and be able to wear them the same day. It actually ends up costing about the same in the end too. Secondly, I love wearing jeans, but I HATE the process of buying them. I can never find the right size and I can never judge how much they are going to grow when I wear them and I end up buying them too big. The salespeople here are so patient and they know what they're doing. They'll look at you, take you to the changing rooms and keep bringing you jeans until you find the right ones. They'll also make sure you buy the right size. It takes all the stress out of buying jeans. I bought some about a year and a half ago and wore them practically every day and they held up really well. I could do with another pair and I'll definitely go back and shop here.

Coming off a negative experience at Macy's, I was particularly thankful for the cheeriness of a couple gals working on a Friday night. One was named Laney and we loved her. When you check out, you get to sit down at a gorgeous counter (let's face it-sitting down after walking around the mall all day is just nice) and get served bottled water. I'm a fan of this place. Plus their flannels are amazing so there's that.
