Peter is and was BY FAR the best Realtor I have ever worked with. I ran a real estate office for 10+ years and I have not experienced this level of professionalism until now. Peter is extremely investor friendly. Being an investor and a wealth builder himself put me at ease the entire time. Peter was diligent, updating my partner and I daily on "deals" and opportunities and was constantly working to SAVE us money and keep our cost down. He treats each deal like it's his own. We will also be using Peter's property management company as well. read more

It is very difficult to write a review about Peter because he is so good at his job, that we don't want this to appear fake. The bottom-line is that Peter and his team have gone above and beyond for our family in selling our home and then diligently finding our new home for us. Even though there were a few bumps in the process (nothing to do with Peter), he was able to keep the forward momentum and get $50k over asking for us within the allotted timeline. A few words to describe Peter are: quick, responsive, friendly, excellent negotiator, great listener, on time, attention to detail, well connected, etc. We could go on and on. We are already working with him on our next venture, therefore, we would recommend Peter and the McKernan Group for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Peter was not what we expected from a realtor when we set out to purchase our first home. Since this was our first time going through this process, and from what we have heard through friends and family, realtors can sometimes be difficult to deal with and can be pushy to try and get that sale. Peter was the exact opposite. He was extremely helpful in finding us the house that we were looking for. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly (and there were a LOT of questions). His associate, Zehra, was extremely helpful in getting us through the entire process. Even before we had committed to buying a house and went down this path, he spoke with us extensively about our expectations and concerns as potential homebuyers, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand the realities of purchasing and owning a home. But most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and he understood our concerns during the highly stressful process. Enough cannot be said for Peter and Zehra and the wonderful work they did for us. We hope they continue to have great success in their careers. read more

From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands with the quality of support I received from you. We enjoyed searching for houses with you. We appreciate that you took us to so many as seeing the houses in person helped us make our decision. Also, thank you for arranging the closing in just a short amount of time! You are a rock star agent! By this time we had grown accustomed to your sense of humor, high energy level, and great work ethic, but now you amazed us with your flexibility, creativity, and persistence in making the purchase. Yes, everything at the closing went very well. In fact, it went so smoothly that I was a little amazed. With you, I felt like I was getting honest answers without the pressure of being rushed into making a decision. You were so patient and so on top of everything, provided a high level of professionalism, honesty and concern. You provided that support and confidence we needed to know things would work out. Through it all you were a Realtor who was clearly a partner and a friend. For all of these reasons this is why we can unconditionally recommend you to our friends and acquaintances. It is without hesitation we would seek you out with any future real estate needs. You demonstrate professionalism, honesty and integrity that are truly "above and beyond", rendering you truly superior in your field. Buying a house can be an extremely traumatic ordeal, but you have thoroughly "de-fused" our experience and provided an entirely positive and very smooth transition! You have been very fair and reasonable throughout, and your congenial and calm personality has made every "situation" easy. You were quick to return calls and never out of reach. Your patience is remarkable. You are always on time-- if not early-- for appointments. And you have followed through on EVERY detail, including the smallest! Thanks for all your help and assistance every step of the way. I appreciated your responsiveness and reassurances during the process, and your assistance was on top of everything and very persistent in following through on details. We are very pleased with your service including your timely responses, attention to detail, and follow through. Together we closed the deal! I will be pleased to recommend you and your services to all of my friends and business associates when they have similar financing needs. At the end, I've gained a good friend also, so that's a big bonus on top of everything else! Janie B. read more

I'm a loan officer, and Peter McKernan is the REAL DEAL. He takes care of his clients like they are personal friends...and has the knowledge and expertise that you want in a realtor. As an anecdote....on one of the purchases that Peter and I were both working on....we needed the buyer's overtime in order to qualify (it was literally going to make or break the deal). I'd requested that the buyer's HR dept fill out the necessary information so that our underwriters could sign off; but the HR dept had not sent back the correct info. I tried again. My office made several attempts. Peter reached out, multiple times. So did the buyer. ALL TO NO AVAIL. Then, Peter....like only an all-star realtor would....physically went to the HR office and refused to leave until the HR dept filled out the form that we needed to get the underwriters to signoff. It was not difficult work....they just wouldn't take the time look up the necessary data botu the buyer. Peter's dedication saved the day, and got his borrower the house of their dreams. Peter saved that deal....and he brings that type of determination to everything he is a part of. read more

His experience in knowing the best method to get an offer accepted was a huge reason why we were able to get our dream house today. Peter's wealth of knowledge and resources were vital in achieving our goals. Lastly, the relationship with Peter doesn't just end once the transaction is over, it's a continuous relationship of advice and guidance which is invaluable, and we can't thank you enough. We absolutely will use Peter again in our future projects and will highly recommend him to all of our friends and family! read more

I will start off by saying, that I have worked with many great realtors in my time, but none quite like Peter. Buying or selling a house is stressful, there are so many moving pieces to the process that it can get overwhelming. Throw in losing your only parent in the mix, and going through probate, and you can imagine how the walls can feel like they are closing in on you. My mom passed in CA and I live in WA state, so this added an additional level of complexity, but Peter literally made the process seamless. He did the ground work in getting contractors out to her unit so we could demo and redo most of the interior, in addition to ensuring the work was done to standard at affordable rates. He went above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with, and truly was a blessing during this process. His knowledge and expertise was prevalent throughout, and I would highly recommend him for buying and/or selling your property. He is hands down, the best in the business. read more

Peter was great! It had been some time since my wife and I had purchased a home so we were a little out of sorts with the process. Peter was on top of things every step of the way. Peter with H&M Reality was everything we could ask for in an agent and then some. Peter made himself available numerous times and answered our questions prior to listing our home. Once my wife and I were ready to list our home, he provided a transparent breakdown of the expected net profit and relators fees associated with the sale of our home. Peter did such a fantastic job with our listing that we received multiple above list offers within 24 hours of having it on the MLS. The sale of our home was complicated due to a water leak detected during the home inspection. Peter worked diligently with both the buying agent and us at all times during the water leak repair. We closed on time and received the proceeds from our sale the next day. Highlights of working with Peter was his calm and professional demeanor, expert advice on real estate trends, always keeping himself available to answer questions, and his follow up Friday emails that gave a road map of what was left to close our sale week to week. We strongly recommend Peter to anyone who needs an honest, dependable, and well-educated real estate agent. read more
