He is happy to consult with my specialists, and recommends both medications and lifestyle changes I can make for a range of issues. He's also really great at responding to emails, and makes sure to circle back to check on how I am doing for a particular issue we talked about last. Before Dr Fakhouri, I didn't have a regular primary care doctor as most issues were handled by specialists. But I am so glad this has changed! He certainly makes my life easier, and is a trusted resource. Not to mention, I would totally be friends with him outside of our professional relationship- he's great at being supportive and putting you at ease.

As far as I can tell, this office is never on time. That has been my experience each and every time. As for Dr. Feeney, he's kept us waiting for 45ins in a waiting room, spent 2 minutes to say everything's fine and we can go. The lack of respect for people's time pisses me off.

I totally agree with ALL the ONE star Reviews (and more) given to this doctor. Never in my life…read morenor my family's and friends' lives have we seen such a Big Headed, no compassion doctor including ALL his rude, pathetic Staff Members (especially the so called "Office Manager"). They make you wait for more than an hour, only to be seen by the doctor for 3 minutes. As already said in the Reviews, they are money making (monthly CONSULTS and tons of TESTS) and when they feel intimated and lost their self esteem/ confidence and feels they have to reduce you to quarterly consults/visits.....they demand you transfer to another doctor; which is actually a great BLESSING in Disguise and such a RELIEF !!! I hope to help others by this Review and am contemplating to establish an Advocacy for this !

Unfortunately, the problem recurred after about one year, and he had to redo the surgery. (It's not uncommon for this kind of problem to recur, and I certainly am not blaming Dr. Tsoi.) In both situations, he was absolutely terrific to work with. He took his time with me, and never made me feel that he was rushing me along. Each time I saw him, both pre-surgery and post-surgery, he asked me a number of times if I had any questions. He (and his assistant Sandy) did everything they could to minimize the unpleasantness of the surgery experience.

I went to Dr. Tufft in his Walnut Creek office for an incision (post surgery) that wouldn't heal…read more My prior doctor tried to cauterize it multiple times and that didn't work. Then another doctor told me it was an infection and put me on antibiotics. That didn't work. Then I was referred to Dr. Tufft. He literally was the ONLY person that could help me. After 7 months of dead ends, he took one look at me and said "I think you are allergic to your dissolvable stitches," and guess what? He was right. That was the very FIRST appointment with him. He put me on a pain free regiment of lotions and potions and in just over 2 months, I was completely healed. Today was my final appointment with him. I almost started crying when he said "No charge for today's appointment. You are totally healed." I gave him a hug and promised that I would spread the word about him. If you are in the same situation (or close to it), give him a call. He and his sister Pam are literal life savers. Thank you, Dr. Tufft.

The man who saved my life in my hands. I hesitated for several weeks before calling as I was afraid of yet again being looked at like I was a nut case. After nearly 20 physicians in various fields left me to die, this genius figured out exactly what I had. It was so rare & out there my HMO didn't believe him. UCSF & Stanford docs weren't there for me either. But we proved all of them wrong with a biopsy and such. He went up to bat against them more than once for me & many attacked him in the process. Dr. Tufft has created enough good Karma to last several hundred lives. If there was to be ever a hero in my life Dr. Tufft & a colleague he referred me to fit the bill.
