Gary helped us buy our house thirty years ago and he recently helped us sell it after all these…read moreyears. His performance was fantastic. Months before we put the house on the market, he helped us come up with a plan to prepare the house for sale and his suggestions proved to be spot on. For every improvement, he knew the approximate cost and the likely return on investment on that cost. When it finally came time to sell the house, all of those judgments were substantiated; the house presented wonderfully thanks to his guidance and we got a number of excellent bids on it. Gary then worked diligently to secure us a final deal that far exceeded our expectations. You want a realtor who you can trust enough to collaborate with and Gary is absolutely that person. We trust him completely and recommend him to anyone without reservations.
