She was unbelievably responsive and professional, although she is very quick on the email and less accessible by phone, she was exactly what I needed and I couldn't believe the low price she charged considering all the work she did. Then, I decided to ask her to do a will for me, because I needed it done quickly. I provided her with the information she needed on Feb 25 2015 and I had to keep nagging her to get my estate documents to me. She didn't send them until the end of May 2015 and she sent them via Fedex to my PO Box which Fedex would not deliver the documents so I ended up having to drive to the FedEx office to pick them up myself. I was disappointed in the poor service. I used her again for another real estate transaction, but I explored other options as well, I decided to go with Nicole because she is very quick, and she stated via email that her flat fee included: "everything from start to finish. We draft and negotiate the P&S, prepare all the documents you need to sign for closing (Deed, POA, etc.), obtain your mortgage payoff statements, attend the closing on your behalf, arrange to have your proceeds wired directly into your account once on record." There was a communications issue with negotiating the P&S which I won't go into here, but it was personally upsetting to me. I did not like how that went. Everything got ironed out and we proceeded. However, she did not attend the closing, nor did she advise me that she was not going to attend, I found out when I arrived at the closing. I was also going to be charged $50 to wire the proceeds into my account, even though that also was supposed to be included in the flat fee. At the closing, there were discrepancies in the closing documents I was provided earlier compared to the ones I was asked to sign and she was not there to advise me on the matter. She had her office worker attend the closing who had no idea how to respond to my question. I had to ask the buyer's attorney for clarification on several matters. I was also presented with a document to sign from the buyer's attorney that I did not have my council to explain to me. It was a disappointing end to a real estate transaction that had more bumps in the road than I would have liked.
