I thought "no big deal, they are small". However, a friend spent the weekend at my house, and much to my surprise, one of my babies nipped at their son. I was shook! I found Helene and she helped me understand how anxious my fur babies were, and that all of their behaviors were because they were so anxious about new people, dogs, places, etc. Helen took the time to get to know us before coming to our home, and even watch videos of their behaviors around strangers and other dogs. I kid you not when I say that within minutes of her guidance, the fur babies were more relaxed. Within just a few days, they were actually enjoying their walks and jumping into their collars! I take my parti poodle, Maxwell to them for grooming every 5-6 weeks. For the past almost two years, Deedee has been the one to groom him. We absolutely love her! She is so talented, kind and very understanding of Max's needs. She knows the specific look that I want for him and does an outstanding job every single time.  The market offers a wonderful variety of toys, treats and food. They carry a lot of different options.  As far the salon, I really enjoy the option for online booking. It makes it super easy to plan ahead and or book far in advance. They also have really great hours which makes it easier on my end (as I work in a hospital) so being able to pick him up later in the day is extremely helpful. The front staff are always friendly and welcoming. I feel so fortunate to have a wonderful place for Max's grooming and am very excited for the growth of this business as well.

We booked boarding weeks in advance, signed a written contract, and paid a deposit. The drop‑off time was clearly stated in writing. On the morning of drop‑off, my husband arrived exactly at the contracted time. No one answered the door. While he waited outside, I called, texted, and emailed trying to reach the provider. She did not respond until more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and even then, she did not come to the door to begin the service as agreed. When contact was finally made, her tone escalated immediately. She raised her voice, used strong language, and instructed her husband to return the dogs after they had been inside for barely a minute. No intake occurred. No check‑in process happened. No services began in any meaningful or contractual sense. We requested a refund of the $118.83 deposit due to her failure to honor the contract. Instead of responding professionally, the provider sent a series of hostile messages, including false accusations and statements about suing us over a potential review. After the conversation had already ended, she sent another message the following day containing personal threats unrelated to the transaction. The timing and content were completely inappropriate and reinforced our concerns about her conduct. Because the provider refused to perform the service, we had to secure emergency same‑day boarding elsewhere just to proceed with our travel plans. Despite not providing any service, the provider refused to return the deposit. The full sequence of events is documented in writing. This experience was stressful, avoidable, and entirely due to the owner's behavior. For the safety of your pets and your own peace of mind, I strongly recommend choosing a professional, reliable, and accountable boarding provider. This one was not it.

I always get great customer service through check out, but this one was for this specific issue. I decided to buy Tomlyn's paste for pets bc of the recommendation provided. They went above and beyond bc they gave me a rec for least expensive through most expensive and what customers were using and happy with. This one helped Mocha in two and half days. I was really impressed. I saved a lot of money too bc everyone knows how much the vet costs. I also read reviews and it said it may get worse before it got better, & it did exactly that. I know what to expect now and it works. So if your pet is having poop issues, I used pumpkin and Tomlyn. It worked. I was so stressed about this issue too. It helped so much. I'll use it again.
