From the beginning, the training did not meet my expectations, and for safety reasons, I decided not to leave my dog in daycare. On my veterinarian's recommendation, I decided to cancel the service on January 2 due to warnings about inadequate conditions at the daycare, including the presence of sick dogs, as well as dogs with bites and scratches. Although they offered to let me try the training in person, I became concerned and distrustful after an incident where my dog peed a little on the floor and was taken to another area without allowing me access. Additionally, I noticed that the facilities were not in optimal condition and had a peculiar smell. On January 3, I contacted them to cancel the service before the agreed date. They informed me that I would receive a credit certificate and that they would call me back on January 6, but I never received a response. The most frustrating part is that I lost $418, as they never granted me the promised credit or provided any solution. I feel scammed and disappointed by their lack of professionalism and commitment. Also, beware of their app, as it is a trap. When you book a package, you automatically sign an agreement and lose your money with no option for a refund. Do not fall for it. They do not allow in-person reservations because that way they would lose money. I have already lost my money, but I feel it is my duty to share my experience so others do not fall into the same situation. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for responsible and reliable care. If you are considering this center, think twice before trusting them with your money and your pet's safety.

I'm able to call ahead to make sure they have the food I need in stock, or they will order it for me. One dog is very sensitive and throws up when eating too much in a sitting. They recommended the Six Fish Orijen food and he hasn't thrown up once in several months. He's putting on weight now too, which he desperately needed. Internal medicine specialists state side found nothing wrong with him, but still threw up and wouldn't put on weight previously. They also have great recommendations for training, boarding, and socialization.
