Ashley and Stephanie are the BEST. My dogs have a relationship with them. They truly love their jobs and it comes shining through in the love and care they show for my pets, as well as the thorough and precise care with bathing and grooming. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! read more

It unfortunate we came here a few times and they did a great job with cutting our dog. Unfortunately they seem very disorganized with rescheduling, changing times, running late, adding an extra hour on to a leg run of an appointment for double booking. I couldn't get an appointment done that was rescheduled twice. A shame, we like the work done. read more

Disorganized with appointment times. Came back second time for grooming appointment because of computer error. I was a good sport about it. Hand my dogs over and technician complained my dogs wouldn't go into grooming area or crate when she barely tried. Such a joke. Clearly they overbooked and wanted to get rid of me. Never shopping here again either. Get it together Petco! read more

Dog grooming services Dropped my dog off and got a regular bath with deshedding. And got a call an hour later said she was done. I got there and picked her up she was still wet. I said to the attendant she's still wet and reply was yes. Whatever that meant? Won't be going back there. Wow no response! That's good business read more

This experience was horrible. I would give no star it that was possible. I brought (2) dogs to this location for the first time and the groomer debated with me on how to trim my dog who is Saymoed/Pomeranian mix. His wooly hair is more Pomeranian but long like a Samoyed so we get him shaved down in the summer months. He definitely responds to the shave down in a positive manner. Having never groomed my dog before and the inability to listen to the dog owner of 7 yrs I realized I wouldn't get a good result him the groomer. When explaining what I wanted them to do the groomer keep repeating "We do what's best for the dog". Well, after that response I knew they wouldn't be good to my Sammi but I did let them groom my maltese/yorkie, Coconut for the first time. After we saw him we were regretting it. I showed the groomer a picture before she groomed him. They disregarded my description and shaved his face down with no regard for what we asked them to do. You can judge for yourself. Never again will we use their service. read more

I was in here for about 5 minutes, but I wanted to say that the employee Justin is fantastic! I don't really have a designated cat food store, but I appreciate a fellow cat-nerd. Will definitely be coming back because of him. read more

I came to this Petco, because it was the closest to where I was at the time. And because of the reviews I almost went to a different one. But honestly I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. This is the nicest Petco I've been to probably ever. Every staff member was extremely kind, all of the floors were clean, everything was stocked. The selection was great. And and this is a big one for me, all of the fish looked amazing. The entire fish section was well-maintained, and the fish looked like they were thriving. I definitely will go out of my way to come to the store. read more

I made an appointment on 4:40 and 4:45 to vaccinate my two cats today.I was told in advance that I had to go in advance because they said the doctor had an emergency, so I changed my work time and went one and a half hours earlier. After I arrived, I was told that the two cats could not be put in the same box. But I actually brought four cats together in a box at another petco, and their doctors were all vaccinated. So I said I could get the shots individually, one at a time, but that was ridiculous, because their doctor said it had to be two together and in two separate boxes. I feel very helpless. Maybe the doctor wanted to leave early. So I couldn't go back and get another box because there was no time and their doctor had to leave early and had to buy a new box. I feel very angry about this experience, obviously it is a small thing, the cat is to be carried out when vaccinating, I do not understand why it must be two boxes, very inhuman. Last week, I was five minutes late for my appointment, and the doctor directly said that there was no time to vaccinate my cat, which was very strict, OK, I understand, because I was late, but this week, the doctor told us to come earlier because of something, we also complied with your time, but you treated customers with no human feelings. read more

So angry right now. Walked in, wasn't greeted by anyone pretty much was just stared down. I walked right to the back and asked a worker to help me, since I was completely ingnored. Let me tell you I was more educated about the pet I wanted then this worker. I got so angry I walked out and now I'm on my way to pet smart!! read more

I love this location and I am there frequently for things my pets need. Always clean and things are easy to find. If i have trouble, I ask the associates and they not only guide me to the items, they open up and ask me how i'm doing, what my pet's names are, how they're doing, and if they have any allergies or any conditions that play a role in what i am feeding them. recently was having some trouble with my dog and her digestion because she is a little older and pickier. spoke to emmy and she helped me with everything. from looking at digestive supplements, to food mixers and toppers. my dog is too wise about medications in treats sometimes, so i went with instinct gut health because it has pumpkin. it has changed my world and the dog's world. she is herself again. no tummy trouble or panic poops. emmy was a godsend for this shopping trip. i apologized for coming out despite the pandemic situation because i was desperate and she said not to be sorry, and thanked me for being responsible and caring for what my pet needed to be the best dog a dog can be. thank you so much emmy!!!! thank you petco!! i will always come back to petco! this store especially when associates can connect with us so well and remember our dogs, and ask how they are doing when we visit next!! i love it here. read more

I came in on Saturday to buy my ferrets some treats. I looked at the ferrets and they were selling and I noticed that they were eating the bedding. When I notified the worker he just took it so lightly it was heart breaking. He put the half filled food bowl into the cage and all the baby ferrets went nuts eating, because they were starving... read more

I really enjoy going to petco for all my pet's needs. PJ is my go to groomer. She really makes the point to get to know all three of my dogs and treats them as I would. Great job always whether it's a full service bath, just a clipping or teeth brushing, she takes it all very serious. read more

I frequent many pet stores in my immediate area, and Petco happens to be one of them. I usually prefer pet smart for my dogs grooming needs but I wanted to make a last minute appointment, and I was able to get one through Petco. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I found this highly annoying but the check in person said they could take my pet. I dropped my pet off and less than an hour later I was called back to pick him up. I was met by a groomer who had a very nasty disposition and she basically had the overall vibe of someone that hates her job. I decided to counteract her negativity with niceness so that I wouldn't absorb her negativity. I gave my dog a quick look and realized that he was being extremely frantic which isn't like him. I paid my bill quickly and decided to give my dog a thorough once over when I brought him to my car. His nails were still extremely long and I also noticed that his nose had blood on it. I proceeded to bring him back to the store to ask the groomers to cut his nails shorter and I was told that "it's the shortest that it's gonna get" I was appalled by her answer and she was coming off as extremely argumentative. I explained to her that I needed his nails to be cut lower and she basically refused. I told her that I'm not in the mood to argue over my dogs nails today and she got someone else from the back who basically said the same thing. I didn't bother to bring up the bloody nose because I knew they would just deny it. I won't be bringing my dog back to this location. The grooming department is filled with incompetent, petty individuals. Also my dog has always allowed me to cut his nails and also when he goes to pet smart he doesn't have that issue. The time before last I brought him to this same location and every since then he won't allow anyone to go near his nails. Who knows what he goes through when hes here. Also the second person that came said my dog kept nipping at her when she tried to cut his nails lower, this is a lie and I will no longer bring my dog here to be abused. read more
