We were told it would be a "work in" appointment and we may have to wait 1-2 hours until they could work us in. We checked in and were immediately taken back to a room. Dr. Seguin and her amazing vet tech took great care of my baby and explained things very thoroughly. I highly recommend this veterinary office.

Unfortunately, while we were away, we had a frozen water line break flooding our kitchen and master bathroom. To make a long story short, they were kind enough to keep Lily for an extra three weeks while our home was dried out. They were incredibly patient and kind considering our situation and Lily seemed happy and comfortable with her extended stay. The facility is clean and the owners great. If they'll have us, we intend to use them for boarding Lily in the future.

This time though, we wanted to train them. Our vet recommended Drop the Leash. I liked that Valeria came to our house, rather than taking the dogs out of their own safe environment. He charges a really reasonable price. Pinto gets nervous and Archie is very gentle with him. He's also very honest, and will update you after how the appt went. There's a little window you can look through to see your dog groomed if you want. Archie is also the first groomer we ever had that actually asks us what we want for grooming and will make sure we are absolutely satisfied. And he is consistent every time. Because of such positive grooming experiences, we have also enrolled Pinto in their six week beginning obedience training course. Sharon is an excellent trainer. She's patient, attentive, responsive, observant and considerate. The group classes were well done. I learned a lot about dog behavior and nutrition too that I still put to daily use. Pinto has had great improvements on his leash w alking behavior and we are highly impressed. Overall this is a great place for your dog. We have not used their boarding services yet but would not hesitate in the future if we need to. I trust them and also trust Sharon's advice in case I ever have a doggie question.

My young wire wiener and I enjoyed the classes so much, and, we learned and practiced so many skills. I think Chummy's favorite class was Nosework. Kathy taught us fun games that a wire wiener would love--sniffing for treats. We also took Better Recalls and Junior Ranger. In each series of classes we learned through positive reinforcement lots of valuable skills, like coming when called, loose leash walking, sit stay, greeting strangers.
