It was amazing, he asked me questions I answered (as far as I knew, complexion, dress sense, favourite colour, perfume, etc) and somehow I ended up buying her favourite flowers! I don't know if it was a mere coincidence or if the guy actually know his business, but she loved her dandelions. His selection of flowers is not huge but he seems to have the right things. He is a poet/ writer of some sort as every time I go by he is writing on his little book, or maybe his got a magic book that gets customers to return.

Meh flowers, very pricey and thorny service…read more I went in to get a bouquet. It was ten minutes to 5pm and they closed at 6. The guy seemed so annoyed that it was if I'd asked him to stay late and produce 1000 bouquets. The bouquet was ok, though included several large, clearly past their prime flowers which I had to remove before giving it. Surely for 25 quid it should be something special?

They normally have 5 salads on the go and you get to choose which ones you want in a box. I normally go for all five! It's much more interesting stuff than just lettuce, tomato,onion, cucumber - the salads often contain roast squash, gnocchi, seeds, lentils, broccoli and lots of other nutritious ingredients. I normally go for the large box (£5.95) but the medium (£3.95) should be enough for most people. They also do freshly made soup for £2.50, and a soup+medium salad combo for (£5.95). The people who run it are very friendly too. The only down side is that the salad is so good, by peak lunch time (1pm) the queue can be 10-15 mins long. I try to beat it by getting there at 12:15, but even this tactic doesn't always work.
