My primary request was for fragrance as my mother has lost most of her vision. They were delivered the same day, which would never happen here in Colorado, and my mother was delighted because she can really enjoy them due to the smell. Mom spoke of the size of the arrangement, which seems to be more than generous for the cost. My only other request was for bright contrasting flowers so my mom could enjoy them despite her vision limits, this was also done. They were nice and efficient on the phone and delivered a product above expectations.

He couldn't provide me with any price information, asked me what the price was supposed to be for the arrangement I wanted, and said he wasn't by the computer. Then, despite not being able to answer basic questions, he wanted to take my card information. That didn't sit right with me. I told him he sounded impatient and that I wasn't comfortable spending my money there. I ended up hanging up and taking my business elsewhere. Professionalism and clear information matter when customers are ordering flowers for important occasions -- I didn't feel like I got that here.

I live in California & the shop made it very easy to pay over the phone. Margaret was always very kind & helpful via phone. I was able to email what the bride was looking for, which was blue orchids with white calla lillies. I was asked to follow up the week of the wedding to ensure the order was on the schedule for delivery the afternoon of the wedding. I called the Tuesday before the wedding & there were no issues. We made sure the delivery was on the schedule. There was a slight mishap with the color of the orchids; they delivered beautiful purple & blue orchids. When I called to find out what happened, Michelle, the designer, was awesome in explaining what happened. I know she did her best with what she got from wholesale, but the bride was not happy with the color. Michelle was amazing with handling the complaint & accommodating what we needed. She had delivered beautiful, blue, glittery orchids with calla lillies early in the day on the wedding day. I can tell the shop really cares about happy customers & rectifying mishaps, if they ever happen. I really appreciate the work they put into the first gorgeous bouquet & bouteineire, as we all agreed; they simply didn't match the decorations etc. for the wedding. I would absolutely recommend this shop if you are in the area. I wish them well!
