I placed my order with FTD and they use local florists to complete their orders. Unfortunately, Maple City Floral did not meet any expectation of what was advertised on the website. Upon delivery the flowers were already wilting, the water was dirty and the color of the flowers were purple not the pink that was purchased. I am embarrassed that my mom receive such a horrible bouquet. FTD was kind enough to reimburse my fee but I want to make sure that Maple City Floral understands their role in this situation and how they are creating a bad reputation for FTD when they are not considerate of what they are delivering. If anyone choses to use Maple City Floral in the future, I encourage you to do so with caution.
