Every pet that I saw being dropped off or picked up during my time there yesterday was so happy and looked amazing! So when a customer calls on the phone, they get bumped to a message machine because either the groomer is on the phone or away from the phone doing a client. When I arrived, the person on the phone made me stand and wait for a while, and then it was this person who trimmed my dog's nails. During that time, there was no one manning the phone or the front desk. A very poor way to run a business! But having said that, my dog's nails were well trimmed and the groomers were all very nice. The customers that came in also made comments about how pleased they were with the groomers there. So if you have patience and don't expect the best customer service, you'll most likely be very satisfied with the grooming service.

Notice, their mission doesn't mention a thing about the well-being of the animals or the relationship they will have with their people. They also convinced a mentally disabled young man to clean cages regularly w/o pay. Also, continued to work with a dog groomer who I reported to be abusive, saying, "He's been doing it a long time" without even addressing his swearing while angrily dragging around a less than cooperative puppy.

I originally had an appointment on Monday, tried to drop off, but they weren't open. They "forgot" to mention that they don't open early on Monday. So had to reschedule that appointment. I should have took that as a sign and not to go! Trust me I WILL NOT be back.
