We used this kennel around in 2010 and quit using them because of a few things. We recently gave them another try and nothing has changed. in 2010 the forgot to return an expensive leash. Recently they forgot to return some dog toys and medicine. They said they would mail them as we live a ways a way, but the never did. They also give your pets a bath every time. This is to attempt to cover up the bad smell that they pick up after they are there. It is extremely obvious when having your pet in your vehicle with you for the next few hours. We haven given this place a few tries over 12 years. Enough is enough. read more

I trusted my older, diabetic Lhasa in their care for 2 weeks while we were out of state. Mary took wonderful care of my dog, and she came back clean and happy. They may have even washed our dog bed as it came back clean as well. The cost of boarding was fair, especially for the care that my dog received. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience my pups and I had at Sterling Kennels, the dogs came bouncing out to greet us, and gave the staff kisses before they left. It's comforting to know the dogs had a wonderful experience. We are very pleased with the high level of customer service and care we received, both dogs and beds were clean and happy.
