I have worked with exotic animals for over 20 years and tropical/salt water fish for longer, this lady is by far the most knowledgeable in the trade in this area. I would recommend this store of any other in the area for any of your needs. Pet Stores should be looked at more for the quality of the animals and the knowledge of the employees then the bright shiny lights and employees that don't know the difference between a guppy and a ram. Jose, apparently doesn't know the difference.

You can tell by their aquarium section that they really do care about the animals (always the telltale sign at a pet store). They have something for all types of animal lovers, including various reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, invertebrates, and more! Unfortunately they are cash only, which is a downside for customers and the business alike. It's important for businesses to have a card reader in this era, so I hope they are able to change this in the future. Aside from that, I love this little pet store and visit frequently. It's a lot better than many commercial pet stores with hoards of dead fish and dirty enclosures. I recommend this business!

From the moment we met her, she was cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We originally stopped by just to ask about grooming because we saw a promotion, but Mandy went above and beyond to check availability. She told us she had an opening that same afternoon, so we ran home to grab our two Australian Shepherds. A few hours later, she called to let us know they were ready, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Both dogs looked fantastic, and it was clear they were cared for with professionalism and kindness. Because of Mandy, we've already booked our next appointment and look forward to many more visits. He is now available online and Ships all over the US. His prices are extremely competative and the fauna is A+++!!! She made sure I was happy with the cut and asked if there was any thing she needed to change for the next cut. I will definitely be bringing Heidi back.
