Staff made uncomfortable comments about my dog and I was spoken to rudely and dismissively. I was charged a $58 "no-show" fee even though this policy was never clearly communicated or posted anywhere I could find. After being offered service again with an extra upcharge, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my dog there due to the overall treatment. I understand schedules are important, but clear communication and basic customer respect should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Poor communication, unfriendly atmosphere, and not a place I would recommend.

Horrible experience with grooming at Petsmart in Greer/Taylors today. Took my fairly well…read moremaintained mini golden doodle in for an 11:00 appointment for a full groom, they said it would take 3-4 hours, closer to 4. Fine. Went to wait in the parking lot at 3:00; at 3:30 my husband went in to check on her. He came back in a minute saying they said it would be another hour and a half! So we went to Applebees down the street and had a drink. Returned at 5:00; at 5:20 husband went in to check and watched through the window as she brushed her out. At 5:30 I called the manager from the car who apologized and comped the groom, which was nice.BUT questions I never got answers to: What were they doing with her for 6 hours? Was she in the cage most of the time? Any access to water or a bathroom break? Why didn't they call us at 3:00 and tell us it would be much longer? Ridiculous. NEVER again.

I have been a loyal client since when they small. And when the aunt was still alive. Since her passing apparently it's gone to crap. If you are worried about a 16yo dog maybe being too much you should reconsider being a groomer and at least make sure to put a muzzle on every dog. I am very disappointed in the grooming service here. My poor baby is traumatized from the experience. They did me so wrong it's not even funny. The groomer was obviously aggressive with dog and not patience at all is why she couldn't finish. I've heard horror stories about this place but always defended them. Nope not anymore, Very poor service!!! THE END....period
