My dogs definitely don't care for grooming. The groomer Ashley is amazing because she doesn't put up with their tactics like I do if I try anything at home. They scream and pull, and just fight. She lets them have a fit and then asks if they're done so she can continue. And it seems like they know what she says because they'll stop and look at her and let her do her work. I know she'll never hurt anyone's dog, but she definitely knows how to deal with naughty ones like mine. Couldn't ask for a better and patience groomer! And groomer Eric loves on them while they're being good. He has cats so when he seems like he loves on them like his own! read more

bad experience I called to say I was going to be a little late and they told me they booked too many back to back and how late I was going to be instead of telling me about the 15minute grace period they ended up leaving me on hold and the proceeded to ask how long i was going to be instead of giving me a straight answer mind you I called 2 minutes after I was suppose to be there live 5 minutes away which is well under the grace period --bad customer service read more

It was last summer, my bike was loaded with lots of stuff from the grocery store. I just needed flea powder for my cat and it would've taken 5 minutes to unload all my stuff, lock up my bike, and carry my bags inside to leave at the counter, so I'm like, "is it ok to park my bike inside the front door, out of the way?" And they were like "You bet!" That was totally unexpected. And I love it. They seem pretty nice here. I'd give it 5 stars, but they never have flea powder for cats. I even asked am I looking in the right place... There was a place on the shelf but it was not in stock. I've been back once or twice and it was still not there. I was super frustrated because I don't have a car to get to another town and Walmart has been out of it too.... So then I saw there was a sale on hair brushes the last time I was there and I desperately needed one for my cat. I was strapped for cash, so I asked the lady who seemed to be the manager if the cheaper one would do the job. The cheaper one had bristles with a tiny plastic ball on the tip of each bristle. I was worried that the one with the metal bristles with the sharp tips would hurt Little Kitty's skin. She said that with the cheaper one, the balls don't catch the hairs in the undercoat, the metal bristles are the way to go. I took her word for it, I've never bought a cat hair brush before. She was right. Metal bristles catch the hairs, especially the undercoat (that shorter, fluffier hair), like a MAGNET and I was pulling 5 or 6 brush fulls of hair out in the first 5 to 10 minutes. The guy who rang me up was eager to answer my questions about flea powder and such when I first got there. He rang the brush up full price, I paid for it with cash and then said "Oh yeah!" So I handed him back all my change from the $20 bill I gave him so he could re-ring the brush at the sale price and give me back the right change. He re-rings it up and hands me the exact change he handed me the first time. And I was like "That's what you gave me the first time." And he was like "Oh yeah!" So we had a pretty good laugh about that. Well, dang it. They let me park my bike inside that one time, AND they make me laugh. I gotta change my review from a 3 to a 4. read more

Great service and very efficient! I ordered online and was ready for me all bagged with a pleasant note.

Had a groomer from Pet Supplies Plus in the past who charged over 90$ for just a bath and toe trimming... And neither one or anything better than what I could do.. Toes were not trimmed well at all... Had to have another pet groomer fix them... read more

Always have friendly service and employees there that are willing to help. Been a repeat customer for awhile now!

The store's assistant manager refused to check out me and my husband saying "I'm not ringing them up" and made us get out of line and go to the other register/cashier. It was unprofessional, upsetting, and should not happen when you're in customer service let alone a manager! This woman's negative attitude has no place in a nice store like this, especially when we purchase a lot from there and had done nothing to receive such treatment. read more

Prada, loved seeing her favorite groomer. It was pedicure time again. This time Prada feet were ticklish so no pink nail polish. Prada again had a conversation with both groomers and the groomers replied. Thanks again see you soon. read more

Great staff and well stocked supplies!

Not very impressed. We went in about 5:30, to look and my four year old who has a birthday this week wanted a Guinea pig. We took some time to decide, as buying a pet is a big decision. There were four to five workers walking around. Not one told us they were closing, yes we should have noticed time when coming in, our bad. We were ready to check out had collected everything even a cage and asked them if we could get two Guinea pigs and they wouldn't sell it to us! They said they closed 10 minutes ago, so would not sell us the animals but we could buy the items. "They could not get animals out of cages after closing". We walked out with nothing but a crying four year old! read more

I scheduled a grooming appointment late may and I had to reschedule it 3 times and didn't get to groom my dog until mid July. My dog is a shitzu and when they get long hair and when it becomes summer time, they need to get groomed. I was told three different reasons as to why I had to reschedule: personal emergency, she got sick, and then she was on vacation. The rescheduling kept being pushed weeks out? Once I was able to get my dog groomed, the whole grooming is supposed to come with dental and nail clipping. But I got neither of those. Once I got done picking my dog up and took him home. I had checked his nails and they were still long and pin point sharp. I called them and asked if they could actually cut his nails because I KNEW that they weren't cut. They told me to bring him back in so they could fix up his nails and all they did was lightly shave or sand down his nails (whatever spin my tool that use), barely doing anything to his nails, not even making a single mark on them. I was sitting there holding my dog's paws watching them do it. And I even pointed out the pin point sharp nails that clearly shown that they weren't clipped at all and the lady just ignored me as she slightly sanded over his nails. The groomer did tell me she wasn't good with legs but when I went to go and pick up my dog after he got groomed, he was squealing and barking because of one of his legs being hurt. See, I know she said she wasn't good with legs, but I didn't expect his legs to get hurt either. another thing is that his face wasn't even done at all! I went home and did it myself. The groomer told me she couldn't do it but I was able to do it on my living room floor with a pair of BULKY SCISSORS!? His face was not done at all. And I, a 19 year old girl with no grooming experience at all, was able to do his face. Ever since I had gotten him groomed, I have even gotten comments about how uneven his shave is around his body that you can see the uneven clumps of hair that wasn't even touched. I STILL had to pay over $50 for this. -5/10 I don't recommend. read more
