The girl helping me behind the counter was fantastic and recommended which treats based on allergies and how picky my doggo is. I love the raised tubs with doors for dogs' easy access. I like that there's only one hose to use and shampoo and water switches with a click of a button. I'm in and out in 10 min or less. I wish they would allow more than one towel per dog customer as my large poodle has very thick hair and one thin medium towel just doesn't do the job... Since the grooming opens at noon, one can't really use the self-wash, since there's nobody to provide you with the towels. I've attempted and was unsuccessful in finding anyone who could help me. If you don't need their self wash or another service, I'd drive down to the location on Park Street. Much nicer experience.
