Managers excuse was there wasnt enough staff and the only vet was in surgery. They would have made us wait. But they did refer us to a different place. 45 minutes away. How do you call yourself an emergency vet but turn away animals (family members) who are critically injured. My cats life mattered too.

I guess they thought that I wouldn't see the wound. It was quite bloody by the time we got home. I would have taken it off sooner had it not been tied so tight. I had to take Ted to the vet this week for antibiotics because it wouldn't heal...Ted is about 10 yo and has cataracts. He loves to be groomed...He loves his bathes, blow drying, brushing and I have trimmed him up....I know this little Bichon would not have given them any trouble at all.....I have sent private messages and pics to Jeannine on the fb page, and I can see that she reads them, but will not respond to my messages. I definitely do not recommend this place.

But they took time and he didn't have to. Explained what they were doing and what to do at home. We were very happy with everyone. King maybe not but we were. Too note they have babies on the office that are very sweet and friendly my daughter feel in love with the big puppy there. We will return and thank everyone for seeing King during what we feel was an emergency. And thank you for being so kind as you handled him with his attitude but with such care.

I never realized the benefits of using a mobile groomer..they only work on your dog so the appointment is very short, you don't have to drive anywhere to drop off/pick up, and it's more of a personal experience. I highly recommend Alfonso! I have a little 12yr old Yorkie and he did an amazing job on her. I already booked my follow up appointment!
