As a fellow veterinary clinic calling about a mutual client, we were shocked by the level of unprofessionalism we experienced from Skylar specifically, a receptionist at Pet Paradise. We called to confirm if the patient records we sent had been received--nothing out of the ordinary. Instead, we were met with complete silence for nearly two minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment. When she finally spoke, it was with a rude, dismissive "um... can you hold up?" and a tone that was completely unacceptable. Her attitude was not only unprofessional--it was outright disrespectful. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in veterinary care where clear, respectful communication between clinics is essential for the wellbeing of our shared patients. This is not the level of service or professionalism anyone should expect, especially in a setting that involves the care of animals and coordination between veterinary professionals. I sincerely hope this is addressed, as it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Her attitude was shockingly careless and disrespectful. In a field where communication and compassion matter--especially between veterinary teams--this kind of behavior is inexcusable. It left a terrible impression of the facility as a whole. If this is how Pet Paradise handles basic inter-clinic communication, it raises serious concerns about how they manage more critical interactions. I have been kenneling my dogs here for years and am extremely pleased!! I highly recommend Pet Paradise!!

We boarded our dog for one day, and when we picked him up in the evening, we immediately noticed a terrible odor. He smelled awful, and his belly was sticky--likely from lying in his own urine. Our dog always signals when he needs to go out, making it clear that he was not properly cared for. Additionally, he has been drinking an excessive amount of water since returning home, raising concerns that his water bowl was not refilled regularly. Unfortunately, I doubt our dog was the only one who suffered. Avoid trusting this business with your pet. My dog ​​was shaking after this Pet Paradise, he never whined or complained like that with other hotels. read more

Never ever bring your dog here. We spent a total of $1200 in the ER after day care and grooming. She was throwing up bile. Two days later after day care she started throwing up again. $400 more vets bills. They are very understaffed. There were 30 dogs in the small dog play area. They told me the last day she was there that they had 179 dogs boarding. There is no way the little building can support this with out doubling, tripling or 4 dogs per kennel. If you care about your dog and want consistent treatment, go elsewhere to get your dog groomed, DO NOT GO TO PET PARADISE IN NAPLES. Despite being next to impossible to get a grooming appointment in Naples during season resist the urge to go to Pet Paradise. They messed up on four committed and confirmed appointments, no explanations. Very poorly managed facility. Most recently our pooch was kept in a cage for four hours without any groomers showing up. No calls from the shop to advise of the delay, only after we called were we informed no one was available to groom our dog. No explanation other that the groomers were independent contractors and not within their control. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PET PARADISE. read more

for the second time this year, I got a call the day before my appointment for dog grooming to be told they double booked and have to cancel my appointment. then I was told they were booked until July...... so too bad me for their screw-up. I made this appointment in January for April..... but was not told of the double booking until the DAY BEFORE the appointment. Worst place EVER. read more

Beware. I have been a customer for 4+ years, but last month when my dog stayed for 5 days, I didn't find out until I returned to pick him up that they failed to give him the dog bed they told me to buy so he could use in his stall, but even more concerning is they FAILED to ever give him the medication at all during his stay that they were given with instructions at drop off. In fact the only way I found out they failed to do so is that when I asked for the medication back, the bottle of pills was still full. Turnover and management has changed and it's seriously lacking. The staff was not apologetic at all and the manager was supposed to call me after her 4 days off that following week, and never did. They also charge extra fees for multiple reasons now--holidays, busy times. Not the Pet Paradise it used to be. Sad to have to post this, but this experience was frightening. read more

Our dogs and all their belongings came back wet and REEKING of dog pee. My wife and I normally take our dogs to the pet paradise in Fort Myers, and only booked here because the one in Ft Myers was full. This has never happened at the other location. Based on their advertisement of how you can view your pet on camera at anytime is false..you cannot view them at anytime because they only give your pet a 10 ( or if your lucky) 15 mins of play time..and if u have an unneutered dog is less. There is schedule time that your can view your unneutered dog..you literally have to wait and view the cameras until they take out 20 other single unneautered one by one. The dogs donot get enough play time let alone view time..I spent extra money at this location in hopes of viewing my pet at anytime..at this location...first and last time my pet will be at this location. read more

this is the worst experience ever. our dog stayed one night in the small square on the concrete floor. the place smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. no webcams. when we picked our dog up the next morning she was wet and developed a rash with pustules. she even had them on her nose. the vet bill was over $450. she had marks on her head. sad. i would never leave an animal there again. it had all the signs of dirty, smelly and unsanitary. it deserves less than a 1 star. read more

Attended a 'puppy social'. Made reservations through Eventbrite, but this didn't come trough. We reported this to eventbrite. For attending to the puppy social, the pup must be FIXED!!!!???? What vet would allow this to a 5 moth old pup. Don't bother to go to this event, it's just another advertisement to get more customers. Your pup won't be allowed to be with other dogs, so it doesn't make any sense! AND this company is for Americans only. Stay away if you are from Canada or elsewhere. read more

I've been to many groomers, but none as AMAZING as Pet Paradise on Pine Ridge. From the warmth at the reception desk, to our groomer, Ricki, this place went above and beyond. Our little guy, Morpheus, well... he's a bit anxious to say the least. Typically after being groomed he is in a bit of a shell-shocked state... but not this time. Ricki was fantastic and it's quite evident by my dogs behavior that she took the time and was very sweet and compassionate towards him. He was a bit matted going in, typically groomers are like whatever, and just shave him. Not Ricki!!! Ricki, if you're reading this, you're the best and we will definitely be back. :) read more

I see some of these uber negative reviews and as the mom of a little guy who has spent 3-4 days a week at this facility for the past year and a half, I scratch my head. Yes, sometimes you get someone young and new at the desk who may not have it as efficiently as one would expect or take too long to check out a dog at the end of the day; I get frustrated too when I'm tired after a long day and just want to go home. But we have never doubted or had reason to doubt that our dog is not well looked after at Pet Paradise Naples. Quite the opposite. The people there clearly love these animals and care for them like their own. At the end of the day, a dog's tail never lies and what my little guy's tail tells me, day after day, is that I picked the right place for him. One stop light before we arrive at the facility, his excitement in the car is palpable and once there, he'd break in if I didn't open the door fast enough because he just wants to play with his friends. What do I like most?? NOTHING!!! The lobby is dark and dreary, and the amount of dog's barking made me wonder about their care!! Also, please look at the video of the "small" dog area that has big dog's too, and how it is very overcrowded, the big dog area was also very overcrowded!! So here's my story. I was just turned away from my grooming appointment because we were a few minutes late!! Amanda the Asst manager was very helpful but said that the groomers set their own appointments and won't change! This groomer was not even willing to look at Izzy, and if he had he would have realized how easy of a job it would have been, since she is combed every day and is not a challenge to groom!! So here's the background on what happened. I spoke with someone about a month ago and signed up for a meet & greet at 9AM and grooming at noon. I had tried to call them this past week to confirm my appointment but after 5 tries and not having my calls answered or returned I thought that they did not want my business, I even tried to make contact through the website!! PLEASE NOTE, You cannot call this location directly and no one responds to messages!! I got a phone call from them today at about 12:15, my origianal grooming appt was set up for 12 noon, but remember that my meet and greet was set up for 9AM, so why didn't they call earlier????? I was able to talk with them after learning how to get through to the Naples location, they said that if I could be there in 20 minutes they could groom Izzy. So after my 25 drive, they turned us away which I think is VERY POOR customer service!!!! You could not pay me to go back into that place and I will make sure that everyone of my dog owner friends know what happened!!!! read more

Let me first state that the staff is amazing and super friendly. They deserve to be rated with five stars. The cleanliness of the facility was also amazing. Our problem when we left our two dogs in the Presidential sweet was that they did not appear to be happy. Especially at midnight when most of the lights were still on. Who can sleep with all that light shining. They said because the staff walks through to do checks? What are the cameras for? I think they could dim they way down to help the dogs sleep better. Also our pets were not really allowed to bring any personal items that were not made of Plastic. Not their pet bed or any stuffed animal or play toy that reminds them of home. They said something about fleas or bugs? Wouldn't those already be on the dog anyways? So not having these few items made it look to us like they were in a sterile jail. We were going to leave them overnight (two days) but ended up picking up in the middle of the night. When we got there around midnight dogs were barking. Probably because the lights were on. The dogs were also constantly disturbed every time a staff worker would go by. It's 11pm let the dogs sleep. If you are always walking around they are always going to be looking to get out. We are glad we tried it and it was just not for us. You asked for us to leave a review so that is what I am doing. Hope this helps in improving your facility in any way. She needed a place to run & socialize with other small dogs. I don't think she has recovered from all the fun yet. Super clean, engaged staff, webcam access, grooming & boarding. We have been using Pet Paradise for the past year. Winston runs to the car when I mention "doggy daycare" and scrambles to get out the car and inside to play with all of his buddies. He absolutely loves it here which makes me so happy. I get to enjoy my time with no guilt and much better than sitting at home alone. He comes home one tired, content pup. Every staff member I have met is so attentive and loving to Winston. They share videos, call if there are any questions or issues and are very pleasant when arriving/departing. I had brought my dogs to pet Paradise since they opened, but I recently had to stop since one of my dogs was attacked (unprovoked). The old management did their best to work with my now scared dog, but out of no where management changed and they isolated my dog out of no where for being aggressive. They also refused to work with us. This came as a surprise as my dog had been going there since she was 4 months old and LOVED it and LOVED the other dogs. She also used to love people, but ever since management changed she's terrified of people. I don't know what happened at Pet Paradise, but it disappoints me that such a wonderful place has totally made a 180. I definitely will never be going back and my dog literally has PTSD from the experience that now I have to fix through training and exposure. read more

Management is extremely rude a d nasty to deal with. A middle aged female copped an ugly attitude when I cancelled a reservation days in advance, then said they were overbooked. I said if they were overbooked, why was she being so nasty, as my cancellation was allowing room for someone else. Upon dropping off your dogs, they do not acknowledge or even say hello to your pet. If you ask for a tour of the facility, you are not allowed to walk past the cages, inspect the play area, or see the feeding facilities. Not good. Go to Camp Bow Wow where your pup is greeted with kindness and love, and there is not one area they keep you from seeing. The employees at Paradise are cold and unfriendly, not a place you want to leave your pet at. Angel in North Naples is another good place to take your pet. read more

Our two Goldens LOVE Pet Paradise where they are boarded when we travel. Joy and the staff offer excellent customer service on the phone and in person. My husband and I are impressed by how the staff "appropriately" place the dogs together based on size, energy levels, etc. The facility both inside and out is extremely clean. I love the web cam and ability to check on our girls and see what they are doing while away. I am also comforted when I call to check on them and the staff are happy to provide an update on each. They know I worry about our geriatric golden. My husband and I are in awe that she old is socializing as much as she does and her tail is wagging nonstop. Took my two dogs. Louie the Aussie. And Sophia King Charles cavalier. For 4 day holiday stay. When I first inspected the place all I could smell was disinfectant and cleanly surroundings. This place is top notch with all professional help. You can immediately see their love and passion is for animals. Our Pup stayed 4 nights, he never had been boarded before, nor played with many pups, he was nervous at first and I believe it. I got an update email later that day with Remi at play and I so appreciated it. I got the FURever connected thing and for $5 a day for me it was so worth it. Next day I saw he was just having fun. We picked him up and he was so happy and the staff was so friendly. I could tell he was having a great time. If we lived on west coast, we would go there with him for daycare.
