Every step of the way, Madeline was patient, responsive, and put us at ease. We even scheduled a meet-and-greet a few weeks before the wedding with Madeline and her husband, Gabriel, who is also a co-owner of the business. We were certain that they would not only care for Oreo but treat him like their own baby. On the day of our wedding, Madeline and Gabriel arrived at our hotel and immediately took care of Oreo. They put on his cute "best dog" scarf and bow tie and handled him while my husband and I got ready for our wedding. They walked him, fed him, played with him, helped him pose for pictures with us, and treated Oreo like family. They transported him to the venue, took him back to our hotel, and stayed with him until we got back. We couldn't have asked for a better company or people to work with! Sal's Pals is also extremely flexible. Although we try to keep last minute schedule changes to a minimum, things come up. Sal always found a way to walk our dog even with little notice. It's a comfort to have him and his walkers always available to help.

They got enrichment every day and throughout the month they have themed days which is so fun. They're active on instagram so it's nice to see how much they enjoy being with the pups. If you're worried about staff not caring about the dogs, trust me they do. These are people who actually love dogs and aren't just clocking in to get a check. They split up the dogs based on size (i'm assuming) and they all have outdoor spaces to roam around and play. I like how there's cameras for me to check in on my boy while i'm at work, gives me peace of mind especially in the beginning. Rocket is a very anxious dog but he's gotten very comfortable with coming here. He used to be timid with the staff (he's not the biggest fan of people lol) but within a month he was letting them pet him and not clinging to me as much when dropping him off. They have packages every month with good deals (like buy 10 days get one free, buy 10 days get 5 enrichment days free, etc) that I always opt for. They have great hours too, they open at 6:30 on weekdays which is perfect for my 7am start time at work. They're open until 7 but sometimes if I get out of work a little late I can call and come pick him up at like 7:15 if I need. I haven't used the onboarding services or other ones, I just drop him off in the morning and pick him up after work. I love this place and they really ease my nerves as a first-time dog mom in her 20s figuring all this out lol. I will say that I personally haven't had a bad experience with this person, but my boyfriend has mentioned that the blonde lady at the front desk has an attitude and I've seen it with other customers. There's a good amount of reviews stating problems with her attitude, I just haven't interacted much with her. Otherwise everybody else has always been kind and super helpful. We email/text our schedule of walks we need each week and they are flexible and don't charge you if you need to cancel at the last minute.....which we've done on many occasions due to weather, working from home, etc. They leave little notes on what your pooch did or didn't do on their walk. We've never had any communication issues with them and they usually respond about questions very quickly. They'll even contact you if they notice your dog isn't feeling well or did something in the house. WCPC has the code to the house and we've never had any trust issues. On special occasions, we've needed them on weekends, which didn't prove to be a hardship. They email us a monthly statement and accept payment via check or electronically. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and most importantly they love our 4 legged client.
